Be careful with this guy Roberto Gomez! He is a scammer! I paid him $8K to paint and remodel my house and he took my money and wrecked my house. The job was suppose to be done in one to two months months, but dragged on for more six months and it was never completed. During the six months, Roberto came up with excuses after excuses (daughter sick, car trouble, phone trouble, you name it), every excuses in the book. He even had the audacity to ask for more money saying he spent all the $8K. On what? He didn't do anything? He was suppose to install hardwood floors, but I found out he was trying to pass off old floors from another job. Nothing he did was completed. When I confronted him, he lied and said the floors were new, and when asked why my house wasn't done after more than six months, he gave me more excuses. Sometimes he could be reached, others times he couldn't. He would lie about being at the house when he wasn't. I had to hire a new contractor to repaint and fix all the mess he made which cost me even more money. The new contractor told me there were strange guys showing up asking for money. Guess these guys were people he never paid. The new contractor also took pictures and documented the terrible state of my house after Roberto left and abandon the job because he couldn't rip me off for more money. The house was dirty, ripped up carpet, bit and pieces of used floors, torn down gutters, and tons of trash and empty beer cans everywhere in the backyard.This guy is to not be trusted. I hope my review gets out so everyone will know to not repeat the mistake I've made by hiring Roberto Gomez. Please be careful when doing business with this guy or his company.
