I had hail damage on my roof last Summer. I then found out about Flagstone Roofing. They came for a free detailed inspection of my roof and surrounding area. After having filed a claim with the insurance company, Flagstone made sure to come at the same time as the insurance adjuster. That helped to make sure nothing got missed and I believe contributed to a quick approval of my claim for a full roof replacement. Once approved, the actual roof replacement was completed in a single day with quality material. I had to sell my house a few months later and I believe the new good looking quality roof contributed to having it under contract after only a few days.

After a recent hail storm they were great at reaching out trying to get the sale done. They are a sales driven team. Once they received the signed contract and insurance check it was the WORST communication to get the job completed. The sales guy kept making excuses as to why the work was not getting scheduled and it wasnt until 3 months later that the roof was replaced. I am almost certain they use bots or paid services for their google reviews . It took months to get the job completed and once done not a single person from the company came to inspect the work done by their subcontractors . 2 subcontractors they were trying to use also said they are terrible at communicating with and ultimately didn't complete the jobs with Flagstone due to lack of professionalism. If you research the company the owner Justin spends his time in Costa Rica, will reply back with he's out of the country and forward issues to his brother who does not reply either. His entire accounting team is outsourced from the Philippines and couldn't generate a simple receipt. The Certificate of insurance was expired and i had to contact his insurance agent to get update information. i highly recommend NOT using this company.

Very worst experience . After replaced the entire house roof there is a hole in the upper corner They did not check the attic after done their work .don't give the Cheque earlier check make sure everything look good. Once they got the amount they don't even respond your problem they always says we are busy call me tomorrow . But when I call next day they say same thing they are busy.
