Recommended Customer Reviews

We highly recommend Flagler County Roofing, a long-established family owned local business. After obtaining multiple quotes from various roofing companies, as well as personal recommendations from neighbors and friends, we made an excellent choice with FCR.
The initial appointment with Trent was professional, informative and well-presented. Clear explanations and many samples were provided. Our informed decision to contract with FCR was based on their reputation, multiple recommendations, an early target date with a one-day installation, and a very reasonable price quote.
The FCR crew of 17 roofers arrived on time, placed protective tarps around our entire house and protected our gardens. They started systematically removing our old tile roof without any delay and quickly contained all debris which was removed immediately. The efficiency of all these workers was amazing. Clean-up was quick and methodical. Basically, the entire process was flawless.
Dan was very hands-on and present. The following day, he noted a couple of small cosmetic touch-ups, which were immediately addressed and perfectly remedied.
All-in-all, a stressful and major improvement to our home was expertly completed in record time.
Thank you to the entire FCR team.

Flagler County Roofing did a beautiful job replacing my roof. They completed it within a work day and they left my head cleaner than it has been before they came! I highly recommend this company.

Flagler County Roofing was one of several recommended to us by our insurance inspector. They were the first to respond and got out here to give us an estimate the next day. Working with them was such a positive and pleasant experience! Everyone was so responsive and helpful at every stage, the price was perfect, and the best of all was the quality of their work. If you need a roof, this is the company! Thank you, Flagler County Roofing!

We live in the B section in Palm Coast. We couldn't be happier with this company, Dan and Les were great. The staff and employees at Flagler County Roofing Company are top notch. Dan went the extra mile and was an excellent communicator, answering every question, and answering every text and phone call. We were so impressed that they showed up at the crack of dawn as promised with an unbelievable amount of workers, real roofers who are employed by the company, not contract workers. Although they finished putting on a beautiful roof in one day, Dan came back several times to follow up and to make sure everything was okay. We highly recommend Flagler County Roofing.

FCR is a locally owned company who prides themselves on speed & top notch work! They do not disappoint. Fast fabulous job could never tell they had been there. Roof off 1 day on the next by lunch! Highly recommend

Needed a reroof shingle job. Got 5 different quotes. Mike was the representative from FCR. Enjoyed working with him from beginning to end. Communication was fantastic and he kept me apprised of the scheduling of my project through texts. Some shingles are hard to come by right now because of CV19. We picked the desert tan color and absolutely love it. Roof looks fantastic with our house color and the job was done so well and accomplished in a day and a half. They have a huge crew(seriously, like 20) that shows up. Everything was cleaned up well. Could not be happier with our job right now. The ladies in the office that I spoke to are super friendly and wonderful to work with. I would give 10 stars if I was able to. Thanks FCR, YOU DO IT RIGHT!!!

Price was $100 more than a couple of other quotes I got, but hey guaranteed no other charges. Other contractors had a limit on how much damaged under roofing would be replaced. As it turned out, they replaced most of the plywood and some of the fascia. Job was completed in two days, and clean up was perfect. Highly recommend.

Small job, but well done! After Hurricane Irma, we had one shingle on the second story of the house come loose. It was important to us for the company to be licensed and insured. After a quick search we verified Flagler County Roofing. Understanding there were many people in the area with greater needs than ours, we patiently waited. We were kept up to date as to when to expect the work to be done. The work was completed to our satisfaction. If we have future roofing needs, we will contact Flagler County Roofing.

Flagler County Roofing did a roof a couple of doors down from us, and I liked what I saw regarding their work. When the time came to do our roof, I contacted 4 roofers for bids. Flagler County Roofing was not the lowest bid, but I wanted them to do the work regardless. They showed up as promised, with a team of workers and had the roof stripped and ready for shingles that same morning. The workers were polite and VERY talented. They let me ask stupid homeowner questions with a good sense of humor. The roof was completed the next morning, including clean-up of all debris. We will recommend Flagler County Roofing to anyone we know.

Hired FCR 2 years ago to repair the roof of a house i had just purchased. There was a small hole in the roof near a sun tunnel that had never properly been covered and water was getting into the attic. Got estimates from 3 companies; FCR was the only one willing to actually look at the damage in the attic to see where the water was coming from, so I hired them.
Was surprised when they arrived the next day, as they had indicated they would be coming next week but that the office manager would contact me to confirm a date. I never heard from the office manager and only realized they had arrived when i heard pounding on the roof early the next morning. No one came to the door to let me know they had decided to show up that day. Thankfully we were not having a family get-together and no guests at the house when they showed up so unexpectedly.
I was surprised at the appearance of their dump truck when they arrived. I understand that roofing is messy and dirty but the truck looked like it would barely pass a road inspection. The back was half-filled with debris and a few new-looking shingles, but everything was mixed together.
Looks aren't everything, but I had asked the previous day when they came to do the estimate (not driving the bedraggled truck) about matching new shingles to the old ones on the roof. The young man was rather cavalier about it and said matching them would be no problem--but he had none to show me.
So when I looked in the truck when they arrived, i was concerned to see that there were no matching shingles.
As it turned out, they didn't replace any. They were supposed to, but did not. The young man came with an older man to do the work. The young guy told me his grandfather owned the company. And when they were on the roof, I was up on a different area of it, cleaning out a gutter. But I couldn't help noticing that only the older man did any work. The young guy was on his cell phone almost the entire time and the calls he was receiving and making were not work-related. He also spent a lot of time smoking (not working) on the roof and frankly I never saw him do any work.
The older guy did fix the hole near the sun tunnel but as far as I can tell, that's the only work they did. $485.00 for fixing that hole. Would have patched it myself if the roof in that area was not so steep.
On the invoice, FCR listed several things they were going to do, including replacing cap shingles, installing flashing, resealing shingles, replacing roof jack nails, and fixing raised nails. They may have pounded down some raised nails, but I did not see them replace any nails, shingles, or flashing.
The entire roof will have to be replaced in the next few years. Not hiring them again and would not recommend them.
