I contacted FixRight to check a leak on my roof. They responded (Dale) and assessed the repair. I received a detailed contract via eMail and within a day, one of their technicians showed up and repaired the damaged. FixRight were professional, proficient, efficient and super clean, they cleaned up the debris and completed the job within hours. I also dealt with Catherine, via text and she was super awesome in making sure that the roof was taken care of, she was outstanding, courteous, diligent and very professional. My roof was leaking in numerous areas. I got a couple bids that were similar in price and then a friend told me about Fix Right. As soon as Dale came and assessed, I knew he was an expert. His price was markedly lower than other businesses in the area. I needed a complete tile removal and relay. The team was incredibly hardworking and respectful. I would urge caution on working with this contractor. The roofing work that he did was very good. Basically they removed the tiles and updated the underlayment and put the tiles back. However part of the work was to replace two skylights and it is been many months waiting for that to happen. I know times are tough but I had hoped for better responsiveness. Having paid for the skylights I am now forced to find someone else to do the work and have to pay for it

We feel blessed that Dale at Fix Right Roof Repair was able to fit us into his busy schedule and help with our roofing issue. His original estimate seemed very fair and we needed the work done properly given the impending sale of our home and related home inspection. The repair required work was simple but Dale's knowledge of his companies trade is quite obvious. He was able to push forward his arrival by a few hours and when the work was done Fix Right attempted to LOWER the final invoice from what was originally quoted. Wow! Now that's something rarely seen these days. Fix Right Roof Repair truly came through for us given our timeline constraint with the sale of our home.
My Husband said he loves dealing with good hard working people and would definitely consider them if we ever require further roof repair.

We had a large patio cover re-roofed (previous work done by a different co.) by Fix Right, and also had a new gutter installed by them as well. We actually had the work done awhile back, but we wanted to wait until after the first real rain of the season to see how everything went. Finally had some decent rain over the course of a 2 day period - no more leaks, and gutter doing its job! Dale and his staff were awesome from day one: good communication; friendly; great work; priced to match quality of work. Would recommend, and will use again!
