I contacted FixRight to check a leak on my roof. They responded (Dale) and assessed the repair. I received a detailed contract via eMail and within a day, one of their technicians showed up and repaired the damaged. FixRight were professional, proficient, efficient and super clean, they cleaned up the debris and completed the job within hours. I also dealt with Catherine, via text and she was super awesome in making sure that the roof was taken care of, she was outstanding, courteous, diligent and very professional. My roof was leaking in numerous areas. I got a couple bids that were similar in price and then a friend told me about Fix Right. As soon as Dale came and assessed, I knew he was an expert. His price was markedly lower than other businesses in the area. I needed a complete tile removal and relay. The team was incredibly hardworking and respectful. I would urge caution on working with this contractor. The roofing work that he did was very good. Basically they removed the tiles and updated the underlayment and put the tiles back. However part of the work was to replace two skylights and it is been many months waiting for that to happen. I know times are tough but I had hoped for better responsiveness. Having paid for the skylights I am now forced to find someone else to do the work and have to pay for it
