A new roof is one of the biggest, most important investments and 5 STAR Roofing is 100% Quality! I got 5 quotes for a new roof & Brian (Owner) was the most prepared at our first meeting. He was soft spoken, kind, a 40-year Flagler resident, and he had done all his background research, pulled the satellite images, knew all my roof details. Other roofing 'professionals' did not have half the intel that Brian did...they wanted to charge me to remove the gutters, plus another charge to reattach them, their prices for extra plywood was $25 more, and they offered inferior materials. 5 Star Roofing provided the best value & quality, hands down, including a second water barrier synthetic underlay which, when coupled with Owens Corning shingles, gave my new roof a lifetime warranty with a 130-mph wind rating!! And his price was the lowest!! His team was professional too: no loud music, not a dozen cars parked in my street everyday, plus a magnetic sweep of my yard to find any nails or debris. From the date I accepted the quote, the new roof was installed & passed inspection in less than 2 weeks. I can not say enough compliments about Brian & 5 Star Roofing. I'm so thankful to them. I liked Brian the most on first meeting, and once I compared all the written quotes, it was an easy decision. You will be as happy as me when you choose 5 Star Roofing.

I have to say that am very happy with the quality of work that was performed on the replacement of my roof. Brian was super nice and true to his word , he told me that it would take two days to complete my roof from start finish. And he was spot on, his crew was amazing in how they cleaned up any of the debris that was in and around the yard. We recently had an all day rain and substainual amount of rain with no problems with leaks. And with Brian being a General Contractor he had one of his tile guys install wood look tile in my dining room. thank you Brian for your professional and quality job.

This roof is less than 2 years old. I had to replace the original barrel tiles to get insurance. Thanks to 5 Star I now have a nice leak in the middle of my living room. Several calls and missed appointments later I will be calling another roofing company and my attorney as well as channel 9 news. I would suggest using another company.

I am reluctantly entering this negative review because I thought Brian was a stand-up guy. Five Star replaced three skylights for me and one of them has leaked continually - not because of the skylight but because of the installation. Five Star came out a few times and applied some roof cement - each time we had to wait for it to rain to show the leak was still there. In the very last communication, Brian said that my entire tile roof which has no other leaks and is inspected regularly needed replaced. Now its been months and he will not return phone calls or texts.
