I’m Mitchell Pate Sr., the owner. My partner in this venture is my son, Mitchell Pate Jr. In 1997, we moved to Montgomery County from the northern part of Houston. My construction career started in 1999 when I teamed up in the fireplace and Cultured Stone sector. A few years later, I was building homes in Montgomery and Waller. I’ve compiled a list of companies and industries I’ve been involved with below. My son has been with me all these years, learning and observing. He has helped me since he was 10, and now he’s prepared to handle his own tasks. That’s why we established the roofing business.
