Neil came out to my house today to access a leak near my chimney. He was very personable and professional. He was able to recaulk some spots on the roof and around the chimney to see if it would fix the problem. We will reassess after the next rain. I would recommend Fitzhauer construction from my experience

April 22nd updated review- Neil and his crew came out after I found that the leaking on my chimney was worse than I thought. They redid the flashing, put new shingles 5ft around the chimney, and resloped the base of the chimney. I was given a quoted price that I agreed on originally. Neil let me know after the job that he was able to do the work for less from the original quoted price due to his crew finishing the job quick and having some extra supplies. Great company. I will be telling friends and neighbors. Can't thank you enough.

We suffered multiple roof leaks to our Huntington Beach 4 Plex that were beyond repair and required a complete reroof. Neil had other jobs in progress but came out immediately to tarp the roof to get us through until they could complete the job. The leaks damaged ceilings in two units and Neil worked with both tenants to complete the repairs to their satisfaction. I was kept apprised of the progress with multiple photos from each workday. Their final bill was right in line with the original quote which was fairly priced.
Definitely would use Fitzhauer for any type of building/roofing project.

I'm pretty harsh with reviews and when you find a person who owns a company who really does what they say, it's hard not to support them. Fitzhauer Construction IS one of these companies. Neil and his crew of hammer swingers are professionals. They showed up when they said they would, worked clean and finished the job on time with clear communication of how the job was going. If you're getting bids on your next project, call Fitzhauer and see how they compare, It won't make you angry...

Roof needed repair after a leak caused ceiling to cave in. Neil and another man came out and gave an estimate for repair of the initial issue and also other repairs to the roof. They sent me photos throughout the day of their work. Looked great afterwards. So far so good. Estimate seemed fair enough. Thank you for coming out at such a crazy time.
My son heard them say ""should we get her to do ?? (not sure what it was)? too"" They ended up not asking me whatever it was. That was the only suspicious thing I was slightly put off about. Otherwise, work was done and pictures were taken and sent to me. Work turned out great.
I sent them to my parents house to install a security screen door the next day. They had a heck of a time but got it done.

I saw there ad on Instagram and called for a quote. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and professional. We got our roof redone as well as adding skylights. Our home is older so we wanted to keep the Spanish charm and they delivered big! The whole team did an amazing job. I would recommend them to everyone.

I'm only in the early phases with this company but already impressed. These gentlemen are on time, polite, almost immediately reply to my calls or text messages. My manufactured home leaks between the house & the awning when it rains. I had many contractors out trying to get estimates to get this repaired. Neil was the only one that after beIng up on my roof came in my house drew me a picture of what was happening & explained how his team could fix this for me.

Because I decided to have them do my window replacement (14 windows) they gave me a very good deal to fix my siding that needed to be replaced from the leaking off the roof.

Last but not least they got me better financing then I could get through my own credit union. I am so looking forward to my repaIrs & window installation taking place in the next couple weeks.

Right before the holidays I was searching for the perfect windows for a playhouse I was building for my kids. I wanted something that could withstand years of use and searched high and low for a good product at a good price. Finally found the most wonderful company that was extremely helpful in assisting me. I messaged in the morning and less than 30 minutes later I received a notification that I already had a reply. The owner was so friendly and helpful and was able to find exactly what I needed. That day I was able to pick up the windows and the next day I built the frame of the house and installed those beautiful windows. Without these windows I would have just a giant box in my backyard and not the wonderful playhouse I was able to create. Thank you so very much!!!!! I know if I need anything in the future, you're the place I will contact.

When my roof needed to be completed because I was failed by another company. Neil and his team completed the job in 5 days . I have a big roof . They completed the job on time , on budget !!!! They stepped up and performed when another had failed me !
