First time home owner and had to put a new roof on. Arren Mendoza has made this so easy for us through Fitzhauer Construction! We had several companies come out and quote and his professionalism is what us ultimately chose to use them.
His communication and customer service is top notch. I work in property management and have had a hard time finding this level of customer service in years. He followed up daily, came out regularly to inspect the work and the two small concerns we had he jumped right on and had handled immediately!
I will be recommending them to everyone I know personally and professionally for my industry.

Neil and his team were amazing from start to finish. We had the entire outside of our house redone including patching, Tex Cote/stucco, fascia boards, windows, gutters, and two new doors. We have used other companies to complete several home projects including kitchen and bathroom remodels and the removal of a swimming pool. This company was great to work with and we would use them again. They were reliable, arrived on time, neat, and took care of everything. They paid attention to details and helped us figure out the best ways to deal with things including have pipes moved/removed and removing and moving various wires. When the outside was done being painted, they attached new lights, house numbers, the mailbox and more. Neil and his team answered all our questions and the work is FANTASTIC. We would happily use them again and we would recommend them to anyone.

Neil and his team did a great job replacing a large section of my roof as well as replacing 3 skylights. We were expecting to have to replace the whole roof at a substantial expense, but after they checked our whole roof it turns out only a portion needed to be redone. The skylights were old and cracked so we decided to replace those too. That turned out to be quite a challenge. They had to do them 3 times. After they were up you could see lots of scratches on them. I called Neil right away and there was no hesitation in replacing them. He actually had to go to the manufacturer the third time and exam them before his guys brought them out again. Now they are perfect! I was so pleased that there was no argument at any point about getting it right. I could not be happier with the service and the quality of their work. I chose this company because of all of the positive reviews on yelp and it served me well! Thank you Fitzhauer Construction for your constant contact throughout the process!

I don't know where to start. I just had all my windows replaced by this company and they are amazing. The workmen were great. They did an outstanding job of removing my old windows and replacing them with the new ones. They made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Update* Even though their roofing crew likes to break stuff...I would give a perfect score, But I can't. Because it should never have happened but I can at least say that there are decent people towards the top of this company. The folks at Fitzhauer went above and beyond to rectify the issue that came up. Even though They didn't have too. And one thing I might add is that they did get the project done with quality and efficiency as far as the length and type of project that they did for us. So as far as that goes I guess they're alright by me.

Fitzhauer Construction is top of its class. During the heavy rainfall back in April, we found a water leak coming from our roof. It turned out to be caused by fallen pine tree needles getting trapped where the tiles meet in the valleys of our roof, which created a dam for water to build up and leak through the roofing material. It's seems to be a common problem in the Olinda Ranch neighborhoods. Neil came out and assessed the problem, gave a very detailed explanation of the problem and how it would be fixed, and he quoted a very competitive cost figure compared to a previous quote. Leading up to the repair, Jessica sent me the quote and Neil confirmed the appointment. During the repair, Neil kept me abreast of the progress. After the repair, Neil followed up with before and after pictures of the work. To my surprise, they followed up with a thank you card with Starbucks gift card in the mail. I will have to wait until next rainy season to see how the roof holds up, but I am extremely satisfied with the stellar courteousness and professionalism of Jessica, Neil, and the rest of the Fitzhauer team. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roof repair. They definitely have me as a repeat customer.

I've used Fitzhauer Construction over the years & I've gotta tell ya they are very consistent as far as quality & execution. They are so professional & their response time was critical when I need them to get what ever needs to be tackled. This round my air conditioner took a crap they was able to come out the same day to access the problem & had me blasting my air in this heat wave. I can't thank them enough & I highly recommend them for all your needs no matter what it my be. If they can't do it they'll even recommend the best source to get her done.

Neil and his crew did exceptional work. Punctual, professional, polite, and did the job in 5 days, including the paint! Needless to say, the price was beyond reasonable. If you want to be happy with where your money goes, I highly recommend this company!

The guys at Fitzhauer are the best. I couldn't recommend them enough. I purchased two Anlin sliding glass doors for my condo in Tustin. And I love them. My favorite part is the built in dog door. They helped me with custom color so I could have a white interior frame and tan for my HOA on the exterior. And they did all the leg work with my HOA to get approval! My home is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Plus no noise!

I'm planning two window replacements next! Can't wait.
