These skylight covers are like giant shower caps. They are super easy to install and are the perfect blend of heat blocker and sun screen. They let in enough light so the room does not feel like a cave but it is liveable again, even in Southern California in the summer. The webite was easy to use, even for custom covers and the order arrived quickly.

I have a 30 year old house with two upstairs bathroom skylights. In the summer the bathrooms are very hot, which heats up the entire upstairs. I recently researched how to temper this heat and what I found out is that a sun block needs to be outside the house because if installed inside (e.g. window film or blinds) then the sun's rays have already entered the house. I found Fisher Select Products' Heatblocker Skylight Screen on the internet and followed their order process (Identify, Measure, Order), it was easy and the price was fair. I ordered two 90% blocking, light gray covers and in about one week they arrived and I installed them the morning of the hottest day of the year (92 degrees). Around 4:00 PM I entered each bathroom and they were actually cool and the lighting was very muted instead of the harsh brightness from the sun. At this point I'm extremely glad I found this product.
