We have a cement tile roof that developed a leak around a screw due to having the roof cleaned and the cleaners walking on it. Going through our original papers from when the house which was built (2004-5) we discovered that Fisher and Floyd did the original roof. They founds us replacement cement roof tiles which have since been discontinued. They repaired roof promptly and completely. Their price was more than fair. I wouldn't let anyone else touch this roof. (Don't know why it is saying San Francisco, CA -- I'm in Winter Haven, FL)
