My wife put on the honeydo list, get some knowledgeable people out here to make sure the roof doesn't need replacing, it's been +20 years since it's been put on. in steps Miguel from FTE. what a great guy, honest which i totally appreciated. he was honest and said we didn't need one for a minimum of 5 and possibly 10 or more years if i took care of the roof which he gave me advice on how to do. the guy was so down to earth and helpful that i plan on having him do my parents roof that needs replacing in Monte Sereno. They do a lot of repairs on the outside/exterior of the house which i will use them in the future. i have a pretty cracked up driveway that they'll be doing. thanks again miguel.

Found First Tier Exterior after looking through Yelp and needing an urgent quote on replacing an entire roof. Johnny was the first one to reply back after sending out multiple inquiries to a few different businesses on a Sunday. They were able to send someone out to do an inspection the next day and I was beyond impressed with their swiftness and professionalism as a business. Miguel was the one who handled my project and he was able to ease all my worries and explained the roofing and payment process step by step so I knew exactly what to expect and why First Tier Exterior offers great quality, service, and value. Even after talking to a few other roofing companies, First Tier Exterior was still on my mind despite having the highest quote (which was not unreasonable by any means). While I was considering some other competitor quotes, Miguel reached out again and was able to work with me to find terms we were both happy with and I graciously accepted their offer. After signing with First Tier Exterior, Miguel was great in keeping me in the loop with project process and worked with me and my schedule. When the work began on the roof, it had started sprinkling while the plywood was exposed and Miguel was able to send the team back to the site to make sure it got covered in case the weather got worse. I had also requested some old cable dishes be removed and the team happily complied and even helped remove some loose wires on the side of the house. Overall the work itself only took 4-5 days and I was very impressed with how easy First Tier Exterior made the process and would definitely work with them again on any future projects that may come up. Highly recommend working with Miguel, he was very communicative and understanding throughout this whole process and made me feel like I made the right choice in choosing First Tier Exterior over other local roofers.

I know a lot about roofs and roofing materials because of my occupation,
So it was easy to know if I was getting the best advise.
Miguel is knowledgeable, professional and just an all around good guy.
The roofers worked very hard. They were on time, only stopped for 10-15 morning, short lunch and 10-15 afternoon break and didn't stop until about 7pm ( they checked to make sure the later hours were ok with me. Their workmanship was great .
The price was good ( I got 4 estimates) and they started when they promised and were finished when they promised
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a new roof

Our roof was in need of a replacement. Brandon and his crew were very accommodating to my schedule. They came out on a Saturday morning to give me an estimate. Out of my 4 quotes they might not have been the cheapest, but their customer service is on point. Their crew worked quickly and efficiently. Brandon would provide day-to-day photo updates.

I will be reaching out to them for any future roof or stucco projects.

A month ago I noticed some shingles had blown off my Mansard roof facade & asked First Tier to replace them with some spares I had. Miguel came out promptly and affected the repair. In the process, however, he noticed that my flat roof surface (which I hadn't seen in a few years) was in need of replacement. I did my due diligence & checked around, but none of the roofers who could do flat roofs were even available for an estimate for 8 weeks (or had sketchy reviews.) So I turned to Miguel once again who provided a quote & said they could begin work in a month. Not only did they complete the job in a timely manner, but they made improvements to the roof I had before and took extra care not to damage or stain the new driveway surface I had just installed this spring. Most importantly, even after I cut them the final check the owner, Leo came out to do some touch up painting, cleanup the back yard & even reinforce sone cement on my chimney that I hadn't noticed needed work. It was important to them that they not finish until I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend this outfit!

Unprofessional. Said they would show up at 4pm to look over job. Got everything ready to get on the roof to discuss the issues.
4:25 rolls by, I try to contact. Nothing.
Around 5pm, finally get a message on the yelp account. Lame excuse. Told them they are wasting my time.

After interviewing many, many roofers we decided to go with First Tier as they were the only ones that fully understood what it would take to replace a 3 story 1889 Victorian roof with a full tear off needed to address a pretty bad leak. Miguel managed the project from bid to completion and was on site overseeing the Udiel and his crew everyday. The tear off was pretty wild but they were committed getting it done safely and quickly. I was able to communicate with Miguel via text at any time and we even were able to add a roof access hatch our wood burning stove needed. We really appreciate Miguel and First Tier going above and beyond for us and are now having them bid our siding repair. I wish these guys worked inside and did electrical because this is the only company I trust to get things done!

I had water entering through the stucco on the front of my home. They came out and removed the stucco, repaired/replaced the underlying materials and applied new stucco. They were more prompt than others, and reasonably priced. We had a color match problem and I asked them to try to blend the stucco color with the existing color and they had to come out again to do it. It didn't come out perfect, but that was kind of expected. They did a very good job and I would recommend them.

I found these guys on Yelp and Eddie came out for a quote. The guy was great to talk to, he has a lot of personality. Eddie was great throughout the install and quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up. Leo and his crew did great work and kept the work space very clean throughout the process. I would definitely come back to them for work again.

We have used First Tier Exterior for three jobs:
1. Replacing the facing of the front of our house to remove and replace wooden portions and have a uniform plastered finish
2. Updating the rest of our house to match the front facade
3. Fixing our roof and protecting our gutters from leaves and gumballs

Each job exceeded our expectations. The first job came out so nicely we proceeded to have the rest of the house match the same quality and finish. First Tier also fixed all the broken roof tiles and re-secured them, and put gutter protection in all areas that could get clogged.

Jeremy and the team doing these jobs were alway pleasant, helpful, and responsive to our inputs. When we scoped the exterior jobs, First Exterior provided several options with examples of prior work to reach agreement on the job details.

We also had several neighbors notice the improvements, and give positive feedback. One has already started a similar refurbishment of their home just a few blocks away!
