Bill Jynella relocated to SW Florida in 1990, where he began his career in the multi-housing sector as a painter. He later established a company that catered to this sector.

In 1994, he co-founded First Service Painting with his brother, Wes Jynella. Currently, he holds the position of Sales Manager at First Service Painting and First Service CGC.
