5 bids later, they were the only ones who told me about the issue with the missing flashing that is suppose to be installed under the gutters (a neighbor confirmed this happened to his gutters too). Low and behold the wood edging behind my old gutters was all rotted. They removed the rotted wood and installed the flashing and gutters directly on the plywood of the house, which they assured me was actually better than replacing the wood edging. There wasn't a downpour yesterday but everything worked as it should and I no longer had the three spots where I was getting overflow onto my patio and garden beds. So if you're having these issues, these are the guys to call!
