Kevin and crew did an amazing job they were professional, on time, and friendly. I had a leak due to cracked tiles and he not only gave me a very reasonable quote to repair the roof but also referred me to someone that could repair my ceiling. While he was working at my house 2 of my neighbors noticed the work being done and Kevin and crew was also able to repair my neighbor's roof I highly recommend this company and the workmanship of Kevin and crew!

This is my first experience with a roofer and I have to say Kevin at first rate roofing definitely sets the bar for customer service and professionalism. Out of 3 roofing contractors, he was he only one that actually took the time to go up on top of my roof to inspect the job for his estimate. His prices were reasonable and commutation was simple. He also takes the time to explain the job, what he plans to do, takes pictures of the progress, and gives a summary of what the issue was that may have caused the damage.

Although I hope to never have to need his services again; Kevin will definitely be the first on my list to call for future roofing jobs.

Found Kevin with First Rate Roofing in Rancho Cucamonga online, I was searching for a roofer to come out and inspect the roof on the property we purchase a couple months back, I called many companies to come out to look at the roof and quote the job, to my amazement no return calls, job to small, too busy to come out, I understand not all work is for all companies.

Kevin came out the next day and on time, look over the roof, went up on the roof took pictures of the items that needs to be addressed. Said would send over a quote that day, which he did, I accepted the quote, (good price for the work) and he was out on the day we scheduled on time and ready to work with his crew, I must say it looks great, they did a fantastic job.

Did all the work on the quote and a few additional things Kevin wanted to take care at no additional charge and they also cleaned up by blowing around the house. Glad I found him and keep his card to make sure we set up a bi-annual maintence check on the roof.

I installed a 10"" roof vent for an island hood and needed someone to finish the roof work. Kevin came out right away, looked at the roof and gave me a quote. He said he would be out the following day to do the work.
Like clockwork he showed up as promised and did the job for me. You cannot ask for more than that!

First Rate Roofing did an excellent job on my roof repair. They showed up at my house each day exactly when they said they would. I work nights and sleep mornings, so they worked around my schedule. Communication during the job was excellent. I was told each day what had been completed, what would be done next, and what time they would be there.

They refused to make an estimate unless my husband was there.

He told me it was a state law that he could not do the estimate without him there.
I asked him to site this law and he could not .

So he refused to give the estimate to me perhaps because I am a woman and he would only speak to a man

I called this roofing business due to a leak in my roof to get an estimate on the repairs. They come to check for the damages and ask me for my email and number so they can send me an estimate. I ask them how long it'll take for the estimate and the guy tells me just 2-3 days max, probably the next day. However, no follow up for about 5 days so I call them and leave a message. They don't call back, so I call the next day and ask them about it and he responds ""O..we were just really busy and we will give u an estimate soon"". Then 3 days later I get an email stating they are too busy to work on the repairs...Horrible customer service.

I found this company on the YELP website. I called them for a quote on a leaky roof repair. Kevin came out next day, surveyed the damage, took pictures, and sent me a quote same day. Very reasonable price, which I accepted, and returned signed agreement to Kevin. They scheduled work to be done the following week. All went as planned. They repaired roof damage and even did a few small repairs at no charge. Work done was outstanding, and done in a timely manner. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again, if needed.
