We had a leak in our guest bathroom and we found out it was coming from the roof... My husband was trying to find someone to come out since the storm last night caused a larger water spot and it's supposed to rain a few more times this week, he called First Out after finding them on google and they were here in a few hours.. they checked out the water spot, attic and roof and they were done sealing in a matter of minutes! It was like magic! Quick, easy, painless and they have a cool car! Lol

These guys keep on amazing me. I needed a roof repair and they came out when they said they would in my case same day. After looking at my roof they told me they could come back in an hour and fix it (they had to get supplies). They fix it did and something extra for me. They check my roof for anything I should be aware of. They took pictures to show me what areas to keep a watch on and even told me what the previous roofer should have done. Today about three weeks later I get a thank you card hand written. In today's world you often hear stories about contractors that don't show up, don't finish their work or use inferior materials. I found with First Out you call them and let them do their magic you don't have to watch over them. Ironically I found them with high recommendations on our nextdoor page.

First Out Roofing recently completed extensive repairs to our home following last year's horrific hail storm. We knew we had damages to our roof, but we didn't realize the extent of damages to all of the other areas of our home and wouldn't have if Nick and Rob had not been so thorough in their inspections. They guided us through the entire, lengthy process and did not ask for a dime until ALL repairs were completed and we were completely satisfied with the work done. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and the even communicated with the subcontractors for other issues such as replacing broken glass and damaged gutters. Amazing what a difference new windows can make. Anyone that owns an older home knows the feeling that there always seems to be maintenance issues. When we decided our next project to tackle would be our windows we decided to give First Out a call. After last years storm they had replaced our roof and it was such a seem less process we knew this would be our first call. From scheduling an appointment for an estimate to final installation everything went smooth and hassle free. The quality they delivered in our custom made windows is amazing!! Rob helped me selected the perfect color frame to complement our existing brick. Within just a few hours, the temperature difference inside was hard to ignore. Living in Texas it is nice to come home to a cool house. If you are looking at new windows don't hesitate to give First Out a call. This is one project that won't be on our list again.

Rob Welch and First Out Windows did amazing! From the very 1st time meeting Rob he was extremely polite, very professional, on time, and extremely fair! He came to our home, gave us a smoking hot deal, had the widows ordered and built ahead of schedule, and completed the install in about half the expected time. Now my time is valuable, as is most, and I would never spend my time writing a review on OK or even good service. In fact good service is what I expect when I pay for a service, so when I tell you that First Out Windows did a EXTRAORDINARY JOB I absolutely mean it!
