Hi there, and thank you for your curiosity about my background and my business. I have dedicated over 25 years to the roofing industry in Florida! In 1956, my grandfather established our family roofing company, Olen Waldrep and Sons, in Hollywood, Florida. His goal was not to dominate the market, but to excel in quality. When my father assumed control, he upheld this same philosophy. For many years, I worked alongside my parents and brother, absorbing the trade and customer service values instilled by my grandfather. I ventured into firefighting and rose to the rank of Captain at my local fire department, but my passion for roofing never waned, and I earned my state certification. Following a short break from the roofing industry, I founded First Due Roofing, dedicated to helping our customers with any roofing requirements.
