Recommended Customer Reviews

They promise everything to earn your trust and get the contact signed. If you opt to finance, be careful not to sign the form stating the work was completed. They ask you to sign it so they can be paid up front before they even begin the work. Once they get you to sign and you are responsible for the loan and obligated to start making payment the very next month. They took over 5 months to complete my backyard and side yard patios and concrete work. Left the backyard and side yard a complete mess during the construction time and they came to do the work averaging only one day per week. Sometimes no show for more than 2 weeks. Also, I was supposed to get electrical line and gas line pulled to the new concrete area of my backyard, they did pull the lines but refused to hook it up stating that was not on the contract. Who would think pulling electrical and gas lines for the Barbeque area would not include connection. I had to hook them up myself afterwards only to find out the gas line pipes were not hooked up tight and leaked gas, which cost me additional $550 to fix. All the horror stories you hear about contractors, you can expect to experience with First Class construction Services. Be aware of Chad Adam. He is a scammer.

This company and owner stopped working on a construction project, half way done and got the bank to pay him in full indicating job was completed and now filed for bankruptcy.

Don't use this company my stairs and flooring is coming apart on my way to court total nightmare took six weeks longer to finish job and they had to come back again and again

We hired this company to remodel two bathroom and install some kitchen flooring. They took almost 3 months to do a 3 week job. They ordered the wrong parts, had to re-do most of the work twice because it was not up to standards and never showed up when they said they would. It wasn't until I threatened to file a complaint with the State Contractors License Board that the owner finally contacted me. I have a major kitchen upgrade coming up and you can bet I won't be calling First Class.
