Back in 2018, I established First Choice Exterior Cleaning Services. Having over 16 years in the industry, I provided services to a range of clients. I handled the cleaning of exteriors for county buildings like the schools of Osceola County, firehouses, public libraries, and other municipal buildings. I also worked with banks including Bank of America and BB&T, Wells Fargo.

I have provided services for places such as McDonald's, Wendy's, Walmart, apartment complexes, multi-story buildings including the cleaning of roofs. I have managed everything from the cleaning of roofs and cleaning surfaces.

I have operated boom lifts as high as 135 feet in height and buildings up to 6 stories. I am committed to the service industry and I take pleasure in my profession. I wish I had launched this business earlier, but I loved my previous job!

I am a guru in pressure cleaning. I find joy in providing great service that drives me to get out of bed in the morning. Being a father of two, I have a strong desire to ensure my clients are satisfied and help them to enhance curb appeal. I began this journey a year ago with a friend, yet he chose to relocate to Texas. I took this on myself to create a lasting legacy to share with my son to my son.

I have serviced over a hundred clients in one year’s time and the best part is that they have referred me to all their friends and family. What does that say? I enjoy making a difference, while I ensure my service comes with a smile!
