Richard V.I just had another roofer check out Mark's work.
Instead of mortar like he said he was using, he used a low grade caulking. He missed plenty of spaces. Mark also caused a very big mess in two places in which a bird border should have been used.
The roofer told me that he had no business being on a roof because of the poor quality of work.
I was completely misled by a very questionable individual.
