Thank you Mark Latham for handling a minor job with complete professionalism and making this old disabled veteran feel proud to see America at his best...it was a small job replacing a vent on my roof but he treated it like a full roof replacement...Definitely my first choice for any future projects ....

I am a retired FireFighter,and I called this company to get estimate to patch a hole in my roof about the size of my fist. A fallen limb fell on my roof and punched a small hole in it. This price gouging rip off company ,wanted $1,200 . for a 30 minute patch job. "" Are you kidding , I said to the estimator. I laughed at him and said"" No Thank You""!!! I called another professional 25 yr. in business roofer. He patched it, with same material that the FireHouse estimator said they would use. This roofer fixed my roof ,and documented with pictures of every step,and guaranteed it from leaking for 5 years. Not only did this professional roofer repair my hole, he walked my entire roof looking for issues and minor repaired these roofing nail issues, and spent an hour up on my roof. He came down, showed me all the pictures he took ,( each step of repairs), and explained fully. I ask how much did I owe? He said ,is $200, too much ,and I said here is your cash,and the next time I need a new roof ,He would get my bussiness. "" Please what ever you do,"" "" Don't use this rip off company""!!! They are price gouges!!!!

We did an inspection of the roof. Unfortunately, the Sunrun did some damage to the roof and our builder did not glue the top pipes properly. We wanted to get a quote from firehouse to see how much was it to replace the roof and then add gutters as we found out the previous owner wanted to save money and not add gutters around the house and only got them on the front.

They work really hard for that free quote as they inspected the roof and went inside the attic. They took about an hour or so and told us the amount which was $3000 to fix the roof and another $5000 for the gutters. They did give us a $300 dollar discount.

They did the work in two days within a couple of hours each. They ordered the parts. They first installed the gutters which took them a couple of hours to do and then did the fixing for the roof which took them another couple of hours. They kept great communication with my wife.

Overall, was really impressed with the work done.

We needed a new roof! The inspector Alex was friendly and professional. Then Blaine was our overseer of the project. They clearly answered my questions and kept me informed of who and when would the work get done! Everyone made the project doable and affordable!

I had firehouse to come check my roof for maintenance. Jake Ariedge wrote me a est of $3000. I told him I was going to get another est and to email your est to compare. Also ask if they have a senior discount and he said sure do. Well, a couple days later I get his est for $4300 with a $300 senior discount. I tried to email back to see what's up. No reply.
Warning: Won't relieve what they say.

Update:
after firehouse gave me this rip-off est, I got another roofer and he did it for $950, so I guess you could say firehouse did me a favor by trying to rip me off.

Firehouse Roofing has been incredibly impressive. We had a long list of things that needed to be done on our home. Eric and Brian were wonderful to work with. They returned every email, text and call within minutes which I was so impressed with. They were very good heading up and working with our insurance to get everything and more approved. I have heard horror stories about roofing companies and was nervous about the process but I can tell you they completely turned around everything for us. From start to finish Eric and Brian were so nice, attentive and all the work that was done was great quality. Our new roof, paint, gutters all look amazing. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend Firehouse Roofing.

I called Firehouse about a leak in my roof that was causing water to drip into the bedroom. Thomas Kosten came out that morning while I was at work and told me what I already suspected. I had extensive hail damage to a roof that was less than 8 years old. I should have called when my neighbors all were getting new roofs, but I saw no issues until we had several days of gully washing rains.

Thomas was amazing. He took ownership and worked with the insurance company. I am beyond pleased with the quality of the work, the way the roof looks, and most of all... NO FLAT TIRES!!! (I had 5 from the previous roof install. While Discount Tire repairs the tires for free, it is time consuming and a hassle.)

I absolutely would recommend Firehouse Roofing to anyone who wants professionalism, quality materials and workmanship. They are awesome!

A year later STILL a very satisfied customer!

Just another word on my roofing company - Firehouse Roofing. They put on a new roof in the past summer in an exemplary way (see last review.) In about 3 months I discovered I had a warranty claim - a problem the chief roofer had never seen before, and I certainly hadn't. Something about the leaves on my trees were small enough that they were making their way through the new ridge vent and leaving a royal mess in the attic. In the fall it looked like there was no roof up there.

To cause this failure requires air currents none of us understand but clearly it was pulling debris in the attic. The fix to it was to put a screen over the ridge vent and let the air currents have their fun doing whatever. Due to first one delay then another it took them about six months to get complete on that fix, with my blessings. I was dry and the property was never at risk, thus I told them any old time is fine with me.

They didn't offer to sweep, mop, or vacuum up the mess in the attic, nor remodel the interior of the attic. :) There are so many opportunities out there for a homeowner to get ripped off that when I find a company that operates like Fire House it's worth telling someone. And, if you Collin Co house happens to catch fire you might find their chief roofer putting it out for you. They impressed the socks off of me and I'd call them again any day. I just hope I never need their ""alternative"" skills. One house fire will mess up your whole day!
