VERY impressed with Firefighter Roofing. I reached out to several companies, including one run by a neighbor, and Firefighter Roofing was the first one to respond, and did so within the hour. Even despite days of crazy storms in the area, Roy was able to squeeze us in and was at our house in 48 hours to check on a potential leak. He inspected our roof and attic and luckily nothing was wrong so we were not charged for anything. Truly appreciate Roy's sense of urgency, professionalism and kindness. I requested an inspection of the Ridge Caps on my roof. Roy Metcalf came to our house; went on the roof to check Ridge Caps. Came down, said they looked fine, were not ""loose"" and in danger of blowing off (as I had been told by another roofing company). He said there were a couple of shingles that the nails were loose; he said he was going to re nail them down & apply some sealant to ensure they were not going to leak; He also re-checked the rest of the roof, said it was looking ok for a 7 year old roof.
His TOTAL charge for ALL he did?????
Asked for a bottle of cold water!
FIREFIGHTER ROOFING will have ALL my roofing business, in the future!

Had someone come out to diagnose a leak and he wanted $1,200 to put some tarp over our shingles! Phil was outrageous with his estimate and behaved very rudely when we told him no, that we would go elsewhere.

Wow, we had a great experience with Firefighter Roofing! Phil was our contact and he was so helpful and he got the estimate to us very quickly. Phil also gave us two options to choose from which was great and when we chose what we wanted, he was able to get us on the schedule quickly even though they're super busy. Phil communicated with us really well and was on time when we had appointments. We chose the patching option bc the holes were in places that can't be seen and we're super happy with how they came out bc Phil sent photos after the job was completed. Also, the price was reasonable which was almost unexpected bc the service was so good. Our experience was great and we can't recommend this company highly enough.
