We had such a pleasant experience with Finished Work Roofing. Our project manager, Harry Layer, was a delight to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and responsive. And, so was his entire team of workers throughout the complete process of installing our beautiful new metal roof, which was completed in less than 3 days! The team cleaned up at the end of each day and, when the roof was complete, our property was left in perfect order.... not a screw, nail or little piece of metal left anywhere, which we found remarkable. We highly recommend Finished Work Roofing, and we would give them a 10-star rating if that was possible!

We're so pleased with the repair done by Finished Work Roofing. It was relatively minor but left alone could have resulted in leaking. The flashing around a fireplace was attached w/ roofing nails from a recent roof replacement due to hail damage. The nails were removed and Finished Work attached the flashing securely w/ screws and caulked all around it.
The excellent repair was done efficiently and courteously. We're grateful and know who to call if we have problems in the future.

So far Finished Work Roofing is 80% complete in 2 days with my rather large roofing job in August heat - I'm delighted. My previous standing seam metal roof installed 3 decades ago was mediocre - I've watched the comparable task performed with greater care and professionalism by this crew. I suspect this roof will be around for my grandchildren as adults to enjoy in the family home overlooking flood plain of the Guadalupe. Skylar and Harry are competent. Thank you!

I was skeptical about getting a metal roof. Our roof is complicated, having a steep pitch, dormers, angles, and a semicircle porch. Finished Work has their own roofing crew and worked till the job was done. It is a masterpiece! The standing seem roof looks better than I imagined. The semicircle was done with precision. Excellent work and I highly recommend them.

Our metal roof needed replacing due to hail damage. Finished Work Roofing was selected. They have now completed a very difficult and demanding job based upon roof design complexity, and extreme heat. Their crew worked very long, usually 12 hour, days. How they were able to so successfully complete this extremely demanding project is beyond our comprehension. The end result, completed at 9:30pm last Friday, is, simply stated, outstanding, and a near work of art. Before leaving, the crew (led by Angel) made sure that every area of our property was thoroughly cleaned-up. Next come the replacing of our gutters and downspouts next week. Our sincerest thanks to Angel, Donny, Joe, Troy, Blake and Skylar. We could not be more pleased with Finished Work Roofing's professionalism, attention to detail, and beautiful workmanship. We HIGHLY recommend this company for any roof-related project.

I live in Boerne, Texas. One day I noticed a rep from Finished Work Roofing doing an inspection of a neighbor's metal roof, and asked him to tell me how it was done and if he could take a look at mine. Blake, the representative, came over as soon as he was finished with the neighbor, took out a ladder, climbed up on my metal roof, walked it, and had me climb the ladder to show me clear evidence of hail damage. I had not noticed it before, as I had never climbed atop my roof, and had only ever seen it from ground level, a vantage point that did not display the myriad of small craters left by pounding hail. To see this damage close up, plain as day, was enlightening.
Blake told me about the process in which Finished Work Roofing would file a claim on my behalf with my home insurance company, showed us a nice selection of sample colors to choose from and soon thereafter took care of filing the claim. Blake took all responsibility of dealing with my insurance company. I never had to call them. When it became evident that the claim needed to be adjusted somewhat, that, too, was handled by Blake and the insurance company easily complied with his request.
Throughout the process, Blake stayed in touch with me and, if I had a question, he either called me with an answer or he stopped by the house to talk with me. He is a very good communicator, is friendly and diligent and knows what he is doing. I never had any impression that he laughed off even the most mundane of questions I had. This positive attitude is highly commendable. Too bad more contractors do not display same. When he said he would follow up on the progress and stay in tune with his workers, he really did it.
The roofers were a happy crew of people who worked fast, and in a highly professional manner. I felt completely at ease with them on my roof, on my property and when I needed to ask them to accommodate me with the moving of vehicles to allow my family access to the driveway and garage, they were more than wiling to drop what they were doing to work it out.
The roofers cleaned up after every day's work, using a large rolling magnet to gather up any fallen metal shards and nails. No worries of punctured tires and/or bare feet!
After the job was finished, Blake came out and we looked at the job together. There was only one or two very small issues that needed to be corrected, so he took care of them right then and there.
In closing, I highly recommend Finished Work Roofing. My experience with them was very satisfying. They do very good work, are personable people, and I learned a lot about metal rooves during the process.
