There are no words to describe how happy I am with paco and fine roofing. From my initial call to now the completion of my roof I am beyond pleased. I called paco after contacting several roofing material distributors and was given his number. Paco arrived during the last previous rain storm and climbed up on my roof temporarily fixed the leak until he was able to complete the rest of the roof. Paco and his crew were very clean I didn't find one nail on the floor during the roofing process. I received about seven roofing quote with prices ranging from very little to very high and roofers who did not want to use a permit or told me they would have a job done in one weekend Paco was very detailed and gave me a specific estimate he Proceeded to get all of the correct apartments he was there during the entire process he is one of the most amazing individual you'll ever meet he is very kind and pays attention close to detail. I could not think of anyone else doing my roof. If you are hesitant with multiple quotes I recommend you give Paco a call and we will be beyond pleased with his work

Paco Carrillo's Fine Roofing is A-OK. We had had some leaking problems in our house and worse in an outbuilding on our property. One roofer who had been recommended to us wanted to replace the roof on our outbuilding and make extensive repairs to roof of the main house: Estimate: $8,500. My wife and I were horribly dismayed. Paco was recommended to us for a second bid. He said the roofs merely needed repair and gave me an estimate of $200. In the end, he and his wife worked so hard I paid him $300. I was worried that this low figure might be too good to be true. Well, after 16 inches of rain, including a city record of four inches in one day, Paco's repairs have held up just fine. Not so much as a drop of water has come in through his repairs. An honest, decent, hardworking contractor--I couldn't recommend him more!
