Had numerous roof leaks for years had all kinds of people rip me off because I have a patio for the rooftop where builder did not install membrane under the tile. Finlay came removed slate tile, removed plywood and redid my entire roof and patio so professionally. No dirt left they had to removing the metal railing all that was done they got there on time work fast they never even came in house to use bathroom they were great best contractors I had do work in my home so happy money well spent with guarantees. So happy so dry no more leaks wished I had them years ago my house had been leaking off and on for ten years Finlay is the best

We had someone come out to give an estimate on repairing a roof leak, and he was so rushed from the time he entered the door that he was basically out of breath walking through the house. He took a 10 second look at the leak, then hurriedly looked at it from the roof. His entire visit was 8 minutes long tops, and then he quoted us $650 just to fix one small roof leak, including us providing the shingles! He couldn't provide a breakdown of the quote and when we said it sounded way too high, he sent a sarcastic and short response. And the $650 didn't include more work that would probably need to be done once they opened it up and got a better look at the attic. Sorry, but $650 for maybe $50 in materials and 2-3 hours of work, and rude/rushed service just doesn't cut it for me.

Top notch service from beginning to end. The sales associate came out and flew a drone all over the roof and showed me the footage - yep, needed new roof. He went over everything with me, was so knowledgeable about materials, color etc. and gave me a packet of information and a checklist of everything to expect the insurance company to ask for. It was so easy. Insurance adjuster came out, talked to the Finley guy and both agreed that I needed a new roof. An appt time was set for the next week, check for 50% came in a couple of days. They brought 4 roofers and would have finished except it started raining late in the afternoon but they came back on the weekend and finished up-oh and completely tarped the unfinished section in the dark before they left. Very nice crew. Brought their own lunch and drinks - never once asked for anything. Now they did leave my gutter guards on the ground and they were supposed to put them back so when I called about it, Findley sent a crew over and put brand new gutter guards on at no cost and disposed of my 24 year old ones. I received the final check after completion in a day or so. I just can't say enough good things about their service. I've never had a roof replaced and had heard horror stories but my experience with Findley was pleasant and pain free! And my insurance company Homesite was just as awesome.

I was referred to this company by a wonderful home inspector, Tim Reed, because I needed an HONEST, dependable company who wouldn't say something was wrong if there wasn't. Marcos Ruiz came out and addressed my concerns. He did a thorough inspection of an area that a shady inspector (NOT Tim Reed) had said was a problem. As we suspected, we did not have a roof leak. Marcos went above and beyond for us with this matter, and we are extremely grateful to him. It's good to know that there are still honest people and honest companies around. We had Findley replace our roof in 2011. After a recent storm it seemed to be leaking. Dave came out and found a small hole made by a tree limb and repaired it in compliance with their guarantee. I have no complaints with this companies customer service thank you

Man, these people are ridiculous. I care home one day and they were there (they never told me they were coming) and they were doing work that was different than what was agreed to. THEN, they broke one of our windows. Well, that was in January, and since then no one has fixed the window or the roof. They've scheduled and appointment to fix the window and no showed, and then didn't answer calls or emails. Finally got a hold of someone who got a person out here to measure for the window. After the window showed up a week late, I called back (learned I have to stay on top of these people) and they were just going to show up the next day to install it without even calling (AGAIN) because it had magically been delivered that day. When I told him that wouldn't work he managed to reschedule and said he would call me the night before, but I never got a call...where is my window??

Found that enormous amounts of debris were left on our roof and in gutters and downspouts. Caused back up in basement and additional cost with gutters and additional cleanup. Found a water bottle stuck in gutter left from roofers.

Findlay was pleasant and responsive during this so appreciate that level of services.

I had my garage roof replaced by Roof Roof (Findlay Roofing) in 2016. When Hurricane Florence hit in the fall of 2018 I suffered severe water damage in my garage. My garage door opener was damaged and the majority of the drywall needed to be replaced. A Roof Roof employee came out three times. They replaced the flashing and some rusted nails that shouldn't have been in that condition within two years. It wasn't until I opened a large section drywall in the garage ceiling that I noticed they didn't replace all the plywood when they replaced my roof. There were mixed wood materials and they were stained with water damage. I had the representative come back out to view what I had discovered and they assured me it would be taken care of. Needless to say, I've contacted them numerous times and even emailed the owner so they could come out and fix my roof properly. They have pictures and video proof of the damage and shoddy work. I have a five year warranty on this roof and they aren't honoring that commitment. A lawyer is my next course of action.

I don't typically write reviews but seeing as I just feel like I have been waiting and waiting to hear things back from someone who works at Findlay, I'd say I've become impatient and will now be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a quote done a little before Thanksgiving and received a quote on the 26th. After requesting a little more information on the 30th with no response I decided to follow back up coming into the New Year on the 4th after all the holiday craziness was done.

I received word that I would be getting an updated quote with the other things I had requested ASAP. It is now January 18th with no update and another follow-up on my end will still no response.
