Last year(2018) Paul came out and gave me a quote to replace my roof and after agreeing on terms he scheduled a date for it to be done. He also said the material would be delivered the night before what didn`t happen as the delivery company had a truck issue. Either way I went to work the next day early without anything prepared and when I returned home that evening the entire roof had been done as his crew was cleaning everything. They also found some damaged wood what they went and replaced at no extra cost. This company is going beyond making sure everything is done correct. I can only recommend Paul`s company and would only use him if I ever need another replacement roof.

We had our roof replaced in Oct 2008 when IKE hit the area. The work was done well and we were pleased. A few years later, small leak and Paul was quick to respond, take a look and make some repairs at a minor cost.

10 years later, we are selling and the buyers inspector has a roofing company come out and they recommend a whole new roof and that the shingles are defective and will only last 1-2 years. I text Paul with details, he calls me back within 30 minutes, has my file and looked at the inspection report. He has Ted come out within 3 hours, gets on the roof and documents any issues which defunct the issue that the shingles were in bad shape at all. The roof will last another 7-8 years. Knowing our option period ends next day, Ted heads to the office and produces an estimate, clearly documents the roof is in good shape and outlines how we can transfer the warranty to the new owner after close.

I was very happy with the quick response, the quality of their assessment and the timeline of producing what we needed to educate the buyer. Thanks Paul and Ted.

Had roof repaired. was supposed to replace ridge vent with correct size but they installed wrong size. Was charged for parts and labor for faulty work . Contacted son of owner and was told he would have foreman contact me and fix the problem.That was almost one month ago ! Not happy at all !!
