Final Touch Roofing went above and beyond in every aspect of replacing my roof. First, Lia listened to my dilemma with being canceled by my insurance company because where I live is now considered a fire zone. Lia rescheduled other jobs so my new roof could be finished before my homeowners insurance expired and I'd be forced to purchase the very expensive California Fair Plan. When my old roof was taken down, everything on my patio had to be placed on the lawn because of the debri. They not only made sure every bit of dirt, roofing paper and shingles were cleaned up, they left my patio spotless, and put everything back in its place perfect, even the bubbles in the exact place on the patio table. Plus, the crew worked really fast. It was done in three days. I will now qualify fir a typical homeowners insurance plan that includes coverage for water damage and fire. Then, I overpaid by a lot, and was immediately called and refunded. Lia and Ovi have integrity. It doesn't end there! Late Friday, I had to ask for additional verification from Lia and Ovi, and they sent me detailed photos of the roof, from every angle, and a detailed letter outlining the work. All this before my insurance deadline! I don't know if I've ever worked with a finer business. From my first phone call to the completion of the project and beyond (including after hours), Final Touch Roofing was exemplary.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was great through the entire process, with frequent calls to help sort out our questions and project. The cost of this project was slightly higher than other quotes I had received, but decided to go with them because of how confident I was leading up to signing their contract. I did not want to risk any issues or sub-optimal work on my entire re-roof project.

Work was schedule expeditiously, and completed quickly, safely and clean. I would use them Ovi and Lia again, and refer them for other projects.

Had a really terrific experience with Final Touch Roofing, from getting the initial quote through completion.

Initially got 3 bids on my roof job, to complete our entire home as well as detached garage. Yahav came out and was extremely knowledgable, respectful and polite. Their company is also family-owned, has been doing roofs for a very long time, and has all the proper certifications.

Upon choosing Final Touch, I had incredible service and communication from the owners Lia and Ovi. When the crew was working, they worked efficiently and did an incredible job on the entire project.

I feel so bad that I never left a review. We used Final Touch Roofing in June 2021. I just remembered about them because of all the rain we have been getting in Los Angeles and we are so happy that our roof has held up so good! Let me start by saying that we did a LOT of research and got 5 different quotes. They all ranged from $14k - $45k. Final Touch was not the cheapest and it was not the most expensive. It felt right with the quality and work they were going to put in. Such a big project was scary but we felt very comfortable. We did have one hiccup where one of the workers damaged our gutters and they covered the cost to repair. The roof looks fantastic and it's held up all the storms in the past 3 years. The only con (and this is just coming from someone who is very controlling) is that we didn't get constant communication from the contractor. And when the work was done, we waited a few days to see if they would reach out to us for final payment. Long story short we had to be the ones asking for updates. I understand that it was done during the summer and they probably have tons of jobs to do so they can't be texting/calling constantly. But that doesn't take away from the work done. We are very happy and highly recommend.

Final Touch Roofing did an excellent job on our roof from start to finish. Their team was very conscientious, and kept our property neat and clean throughout the roofing process.

Ovi and Lea responded immediately to any questions or requests. We had a slight mishap with an accidental dent in our gutter. They immediately took responsibility, and compensated us for the custom gutter repair,
In any type of construction projects, unexpected mishaps can occur, but how a company handles the these situations is how I judge a company.

I don't normally write reviews unless I feel a company exceeds my expectations, which they have. I highly recommend them.

From beginning to completion, this company was superior to work with. The property in question is tenant occupied and their needs were also considered. As an out of state owner, I was kept informed and updated on a regular basis. Each conversation as polite, professional and easy to understand and in fact, I felt that I was talking with a friend. While I got only one other estimate, they were almost exactly the same, but this company was highly referred to me and I couldn't be happier!
