As a new home owner was looking for a least invasive way to have roof cleaned, i.e. Without strong pressure washing, had to be done in multiple appt. due to weather, 1st set of technicians were a little less than desirable, but the final appt. the technician went above and beyond to complete the job. They are on the expensive end of roof cleaning, hope it lasts as long as they claim

The tile roof looks super clean!

I want to differ with a couple of reviews on these points...
-The salesman was not a ""sharp dressed"" guy.
That's great because I am ""allergic"" to a hard sell.
Very personable guy, company polo shirt and khakis look and zero pressure.
-This cleaning is done from the roof, not the ground.
If you opt for a follow up cleaning in a year, that is done from the ground.

The cleaning does use a strong chlorine solution but that stands to reason since you are
trying to kill things like mold.
If you are sensitive to strong smells, you may want to go away after it is done for a little and
open some windows to let fresh air in.

To give you a rule of thumb as to cost, the tile roof on my 1888 sq ft home cost $340 to clean.
The job was completed in less than two hours.

This is truly a low pressure method and I feel much better about their system than
battering the roof and underlayment with pressure cleaning.

I live out of the area and I didn't know who to call to pressure wash my patio I called fiddler on the roof and they came over and they gave me an estimate via email and I scheduled a time when I was going to be back in town and they were there at the scheduled time and did a great job I would highly recommend them

Very professional roof cleaning business!
They provided all the necessary insurance certificates, and detailed contract with question and answer sheet. The roof is absolutely clean, which has greatly enhanced the property. We are looking forward to Eco roof maintenance in the future.

I was visited by a salesman literally the day after I called them and scheduled my roof to be cleaned at their earliest appointment which was the end of January. They called me ON THE DAY OF the appointment and cancelled because their tech was sick but they said they couldn't fit me back into their schedule until mid-March. Huh??? You cancel on me and then can't re-schedule my job for 2 whole months?!! When they finally did come in mid-March they did a fairly good job, I had no complaints on the work. Then I get a bill in mid-May say PAST DUE when it was the very first bill that I ever saw - I didn't get a bill from the tech so I assumed that it went on my credit card. When I called the office about the bill, the girl was very unpleasant and basically said it was my fault not hersI I give them only 2 stars because I was so mad about being cancelled and then having to wait 2 whole months to get another appointment and then the rude office girl just put their customer service into the 0 star range, but the work performed was good so I gave them that.

It's been over a year now and my white tile roof still looks new and the frustrations of my experience noted above have been long forgotten- so I am very happy with their product and technique. I changed my rating to 4 stars now because my roof looks beautiful due to their process.

I used Fiddler Roof Cleaning at the suggestion of my neighbor who was also having her roof cleaned. Our HOA was requiring it of us as well as the neighbor on the other side of us. A gentleman promptly came out and gave an estimate for the work. (They quoted a cheaper and fair price compared to others) The appointment for the work was made and kept without any problems. My only complaint would be that they came earlier than the appointment and finshed the job before I got home. So, I never spoke to anyone the day the job was done. It seems to have been done well. It is my understanding that the finished product will be visible after we have rain and the remnants of the solution is washed away. So far I am satisfied and will update my review in a couple of weeks.

I received an ad for roof cleaning and I was interested in getting an estimate, so I filled out the online form to have someone contact me for an estimate. After about a week of not hearing anything, I called the number on the website. A nice woman answered and said she had all of my information (why hadn't she called me?) and she offered to have someone come to my house later that afternoon or the next day. I rearranged my schedule so I could be home at 4 pm that day, which is the time we had agreed on. No one show up or called me to explain why they didn't make the appointment. Very unprofessional. I am not willing to give them strike THREE.

I'm very pleased with the job, my roof look like brand new. I did the hole deal, power washing, driveway sealing, gutter and roof cleaning. The price was fair and the workers very polite and caring. My salesperson Bill was very knowledgeable and informative.

Marcel, you don't know the whole story and your employee is not telling the truth. Reread our first complaint and maybe you will understand. We did let two of your employees on our property a few days after the big mess. They were dressed in executive attire and we explained the situation. Remember, we have detailed pictures from day to day the mess of trees bushes, etc. Also, you did not discuss the fact that you ignored our disclosure letter that was sent to you via Certified Mail. Our office has not received a response. I repeat, we have a signature card signed that you received it.

I had my roof cleaned with the ECO friendly spray. My roof was only 5 years old so did not want it pressure cleaned. The first application was good in most places but did not clean all the roof.
I contacted the customer support people at Fiddler who sent someone out to look at the roof. He immediately said they will redo the whole roof. Full marks to these guys they do stand behind there warranty. The roof was re-sprayed with with the ECO spray and now it looks as good as new.
I was very pleased that I had no damage to any plants, grass or and of my property.
I will definitely use Fiddle again to keep my roof looking like new.
