Is name is JOSH FERGUSON and his address is 109 Smith Lane in Gatesville TX. I bought my house in December of 2016 and closed in January 2017. New roof was put on in November of 2016 with the previous owner's names. I have a receipt and the warranty is supposed to be for 10 years, including labor. I had to take this shyster to court because he would not honor the warranty of missing tiles when I first moved in. Said it was because I had reported him to the BBB. I gave him every opportunity to fix the roof, which would have taken less than a half hour. I won the lawsuit in court but he STILL did not honor the warranty. Now, I have damage to my roof, still covered by his 'warranty', and have notified my insurance carrier that I suspect he will not honor the warranty and repair the roof. DO NOT, I REPEAT NOT, USE THIS PERSON FOR ANYTHING, let alone a new roof. If they allowed minus stars, his would be a minus 10. Oh, I also posted on 5/21/17 should you care to read that post. This has gone far enough and he needs to be reported to whatever authority can take action against him. His BBB rating is a total JOKE.

Do not use this company we had Ferguson to put on a new roof on our home last year. Why is there a leak in my bathroom ceiling. I called him to tell him about the leak and was told to put a hole in the cracked ceiling to get the water out. He told me that he was coming to check and fix the leaky roof. He is not answering my phone calls or text messages.Now I have to pay someone to fix the roof and my ceiling. BEWARE!

Sept, 2019. Josh just finished installing roof in a very timely manner. The roof is beautiful, aligned perfectly. All trash was picked up. I feel like Josh is very professional and courteous

DO NOT GO HERE! We contacted Ferguson Construction to redo our roofing, the entire siding and replace our windows. Josh finished finished roofing on time, everything went downhill after that. Josh estimated that the windows should take 2 days to finish and siding was supposed to take 3-5 days, but it has been over a month now and my house is full of unfinished work and their trash. He doesn't come at the designated time and sometimes doesn't even show up. He has discounted my bill because of how long it's taking, but discounts doesn't fix being unprofessional.

He does NOT answer his calls or return voicemails and makes excuses ""My phone speaker is broken."" On top of that, their work is not good. The sidings were not lined up evenly, so I had to ask them to go back and correct their work.

This has been a headache for me and I don't recommend ANYONE go here. Ever

This ""business"" has no physical address. The ""owner"" Josh, will not answer or return phone calls on work that was paid for but not completed. This roofing company also did not pick up the trash left after installing the shingles on the roof. I would recommend to anyone who reads this who is looking for a roofing company to never do business with this company. If you live in the Killeen, Belton,Gatesville, Harker Heights area and see any of their signs up in a yard, they were probably put up without the owner of the home's permission just so they can drum up business.
