Felix Roofing had identified a leak in my mother's roof several years ago that several other roofers had been unable to find. He removed, replaced the tile and the leak that had plagued my Mom for several years was gone. When I needed my roof replaced I contacted Felix Roofing confident that they would do what was needed to provide a new, secure roof that would last for years. I was not disappointed; the roof was completely redone in less than 3 days. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up and gave me an update. When the roof was completed, Felix followed up with me with pictures before and after as well as completed a guarantee on the materials. The price was less than expected and I am very pleased with the new roof.

Terry Felix came to my house and bid the job. His was less expensive than three other bids. One was twice as expensive. Moreover, I liked Terry a lot. Hawaiians are special people and I could feel his confidence about the work. We some some difficulty establishing a date for the work because he judged it would be difficult to get the material on the roof. He studied the problem with a colleague and figured out what to do. They came with a crew and had it done in two or three days - my house and garage. They did an excellent job. It's been a year and I have no complaints and have had no problems.

I had Terry Felix work on a water leak on my daughters tile roof in Pacifica. He is very responsive and always answersd his pone. I obtained four quotes One company would only do the entire side of one roof. Terry sized up the problem and did the repair in a reasonable amount of time. He price was very reasonable. We are also going to have Felix Roofing be our roof repair company for our HOA. Here again he works to repair a variety of roof problems that face our HOA.

I have to say a huge thank you to Felix Roofing!! It has been a year and half since they have put a new roof on our home. Our house is dry and cozy! I contacted Felix Roofing and an estimator came out. He seemed knowledgeable and said I would get an estimate within two days. After a few calls, I received the estimate a week later. All I needed was a gutter replaced and a few cracks sealed. The estimate was for a new roof and no mention of the gutter! At a very high price!

I called and talked to Terry. He said the estimator did not communicate with him very well and did not understand what I needed. My question is: if you don't know what the customer needs, why do you send an estimate with wrong information? I told Terry I was shocked that he would do this and other people might go ahead and have the work done thinking that is what is needed. He told me that the person who came out would not be doing estimates any longer. I told him I felt cheated and was not interested in using their services.

Terrible experience! Sounds professional but the truth is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Subcontracted the jobs, gave cheap materials, failed to admit mistakes, refused to fix things did wrong, only urged for money.

They must have too many projects right now. We called them to come out to provide an estimate. The appointment went well, was on time and efficient.

Unfortunately it's been a week and even after a phone call from us to follow up for the estimate (which was promised) nothing has been sent to date. I feel that that is more than we ought to have done considering we are potential clients. So being ignored perhaps because our job is not worthwhile to them and/or just put on the back burner til nothing else better turns up for them is how one is left feeling. Truly unprofessional.

Thus, we have moved on as we have no interest in hanging around until whenever.

FYI, the 2*'s are for the poor employee who came out to do the measurement on a very hot day. Too bad his hard work was for naught.
