Felix Roofing is a small local business and I appreciate supporting our community. Terry Felix and Maile have been great to work with. I initially called regarding a possible roof leak on one of our commercial buildings. Terry came out within a very short time period to check out our situation. He provided options and promised a bid to be sent. Maile, who's in the office, was on it and sent out the bid right away. She followed up to make sure it was received and to check in. Again, we appreciated several options on repairs based on urgency. When the bid was signed, we were told we would be put right into the schedule. Terry was on the job in less than 2 weeks and followed up with repairs and observations of roof condition. A few weeks later, I called back to ask them to look at another building. He made it out within a week and made a point to come and talk to me. I feel we may have an ongoing relationship and excited to have someone to count on for my possible future needs.

Felix and his team are great. They were a sub on a solar project I had after the original roofer fell through (really - how did they not know what roof type I had after we told them?).

Felix came by the same day after a last minute call and checked us out. After working us in, he came by as scheduled and his team did top notch work. Gave me his card and said to call him for anything - which I also did because I had a separate question regarding the roof. He pulled over when driving just to answer my very non-urgent question.

He should be retired by now, but keeps going because he loves this line of work. Couldn't ask for a more honest roofer.

Our duplex was built in 1958, and the roof was showing its wear. We had leaks in several significant places, most notably water into a light fixture, and staining our new carpets. After checking with several local roofing companies, we chose Felix Roofing, Inc. Other roofers gave us a good quote for our flat roof, but no provisions to build a modest pitch, which is what we needed.
Owner Terry Felix inspected our roof, and outlined a more comprehensive plan which would protect our roof for many years, and also be energy-efficient. The cost was very reasonable, and took only 4 days.

The first day they worked, they removed 3 old roofs(!). Then they replaced the boards that had dry rot, removed all of the old sheet metal flashing, and replaced that; installed all-new aluminum seamless gutters and down spouts; installed 2x4 sleepers on the middle of the roof, which sloped down one other side, to prevent ponding water; installed tech insulation over the plywood, and refined the sleeper with CDX, and then covered all of that sealing everything with insulating with PVC cool roof system = we have a NEW ROOF!

We are VERY HAPPY with our new roof. Terry Felix is an artist and a perfectionist - ""After all"", he said: ""my name is on it!""

Felix Roofing had identified a leak in my mother's roof several years ago that several other roofers had been unable to find. He removed, replaced the tile and the leak that had plagued my Mom for several years was gone. When I needed my roof replaced I contacted Felix Roofing confident that they would do what was needed to provide a new, secure roof that would last for years. I was not disappointed; the roof was completely redone in less than 3 days. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up and gave me an update. When the roof was completed, Felix followed up with me with pictures before and after as well as completed a guarantee on the materials. The price was less than expected and I am very pleased with the new roof.

Terry Felix came to my house and bid the job. His was less expensive than three other bids. One was twice as expensive. Moreover, I liked Terry a lot. Hawaiians are special people and I could feel his confidence about the work. We some some difficulty establishing a date for the work because he judged it would be difficult to get the material on the roof. He studied the problem with a colleague and figured out what to do. They came with a crew and had it done in two or three days - my house and garage. They did an excellent job. It's been a year and I have no complaints and have had no problems.

I had Terry Felix work on a water leak on my daughters tile roof in Pacifica. He is very responsive and always answersd his pone. I obtained four quotes One company would only do the entire side of one roof. Terry sized up the problem and did the repair in a reasonable amount of time. He price was very reasonable. We are also going to have Felix Roofing be our roof repair company for our HOA. Here again he works to repair a variety of roof problems that face our HOA.

I have to say a huge thank you to Felix Roofing!! It has been a year and half since they have put a new roof on our home. Our house is dry and cozy!
