I, and my wife, own our own houses, and many rentals.

Tika Feinga has done many reroofings for us, repaired many roofs, and fixed gutters, plus has done a large amount of general building repairs, too. He is always professional, and is always available for keeping us happy with his work, and the work of his employees.

I also I have several tens of millions of dollars in State of California energy conservation grants and loans, plus hundreds of thousands of dollars in State of California repairs to some 5-1/2 million square feet of existing buildings, and new construction, owned by the State of California. I've also been a licensed Building Contractor since 1988, specializing in energy management digital control systems since 1976. I am now happily retired -- and now hire competent contractors to do what I used to do myself.

Therefore, we, and I, know what is ""good contracting"", and what is ""bad contracting"" is.

Please avoid this Company at all cost.
This Company will tell the customer a story while creating a story.

This Company will accept a deposit but knowing they have insufficient workers to perform the job.

As a result, this Company will attempt to steal your deposit by saying things that was not written in the original contract. Such as returning materials and deducting from customer's deposit and unwilling to return full deposit.

The Owner produced no written invoices of materials ordered and on what date. This knowledge became only known soon after the contract was cancelled. This Company does not practice good business ethics.
