Richard Griego and his team did a fast, efficient job in providing service to repair a roof leak that had been caused by missing and broken roof tiles. I had received multiple quotes, and his was not the lowest, but he made me feel like the project would be done right and in a short amount of time. I live in Rialto and I was getting tired of sweeping up pounds of asphalt shingle pieces every time the wind blows down the Cajon pass. After this last years rain with no leaks I rather thought I was pushing my luck on this 28 year old roof. I took several bids to totally replace it some higher some lower but decided to go with FB&R because of Richard Griego . He was polite informative, on time and easy going not pushy trying to sell me extra stuff. Richard's crew stripped my roof (approx 1800sqf) Monday, placed felt the next day and finished on Thusday including all new terturbines and vents inspected Fri. His crew was very professional, polite and cleaned just every trace that there had been a roof job. It looks GREAT. If someone says to me they need a roof I will tell them to call Richard 1st.

After obtaining several quotes to have our entire roof replaced, we decided on Federal Building & Roofing. Our roof needed to have two layers of old shake and asphalt shingles removed prior to having the new roof put on. Richard Griego was the person in charge. This project presented some challenges due to high winds and rain during the project. Even with all of these obstacles, Richard and his crew completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up after every work day, and the new roof looks great! They are very friendly, professional and easy to work with. We would highly recommend them.

First of all, they were fast and made the appraisal appointment on time. The work proposals were in order of type of work needed now, and in the future. They kept their promise and yesterday before the rain my roof was repaired. Richard Griego was my consultant for this job and he was pleasant, professional and explained everything to me in great detail. Honestly, I had a few other roofing companies from this site that were not as inclined to be helpful and timely in returning calls. Also, the price was competitive/fair with the other appraisals that I received. Again, I cannot thank FBR enough, no more leaking ceiling. I highly recommend them.

I am writing a second review because my first one has somehow disappeared. (Very mysterious, Yelp). I love, love, love my whole house fan. It saves me so much money on my energy bills. And I couldn't have asked for a better installer. FBR was referred to me by someone at work who had used them, and I'm so happy for the great referral. Richard came to the house and gave me a very no-nonsense bid. I didn't feel like he was trying to up sell any products I didn't need. He was very honest about the size fan we needed for the home, even though I have no idea what I'm looking at and he could have very easily sold me a more expensive unit, he didn't. As for the guy who complained about being solicited to write a review...since when is it a crime to ask for a good review? Jack in the Box offers two free tacos on their receipt for completing a survey, but Richard is a bad guy because he asks his happy customers for good reviews? And offers a gift card as a reward because he knows good reviews are important for business!? I don't see the harm done.

Due to a strong wind, a few tiles fell off the roof. I contacted this local company for repair. Richard came on time for free estimate and he went to the roof and took pictures to show me the problem at the estimate time. The quote he gave is reasonable. After the work was done, he again took pictures and showed me the work. Very professional and I highly recommend their services.

I worked with Richard Griego who was referred by a realtor. While at my home he gave me a quote of $7975. All I needed was the actual proposal to sign and get back to him. When I got the proposal, the price was different. The proposal price was $8400, a $425 increase. His email said he forgot to include the fascia boards and some kind of ""tails."" I forget what he called them. This is what he does everyday. How could he forget to include the wood work?!?!? He blamed it on the heat. He meant this as a joke; but, I didn't see the humor in it. I really wanted to move forward with this company; but, I felt I couldn't trust it.
