I was a RETURNING customer. This time around things were very different. The work was not good at all. Shingles were not properly sealed, they broke a piece of my wood, and they placed an hole on two sides on my home in the front. They also messed up my DIRECTV satellite, which interrupted my service for a few days. I had to bring a DIRECTV technician out to fix the issue. So with all of this being said, the owner basically went back and forth with me about these issues. I brought Faz Roofing to my home to simply replace my roof, yet they caused more problems. They came out a few times to fix the work they messed up, but place false claims that I am trying to get over on them. I paid this company in full. Afterwards, they wanted to charge me $175 for a piece of wood ($7.30) that they messed up claiming that it was already broke because the wood is old. I asked to show the details of those charges after rudely DEMANDING that I pay him ""his"" money. In response, he sends me threating, rude and ugly text messages, along with name calling. (UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!) Keep in mind, this suppose to be a business. It is unreal how unprofessional Faz Roofing is. They are very combative of your concerns as a customer. You would think that a customer, yet along a returning customer would not be treated this way. Faz Roofing is the worse customer service experience that I've ever encountered.

The customer service has really gone down. Good luck on trying to schedule an appointment or getting a cost.

I been trying for weeks now and my roof is still under warranty. They are an unorganized MESS!!!!
