Faucett roofing is a outstanding local company that put a roof on mine and my son's house. Gary is the owner has a very down to earth non pushy approach and was a pleasure working with. I have allot of friends that have used him as well and they had similar experiences. He has been in the roofing business for along time and is local which is important for me due to having some friends that had warranty issues on roofs that they couldn't get help on due to the companies being out of business. His crew is respectful and does great work.

Review for a no show.

I was referred to Faucett Construction after we experienced a leak and needed some roof work done. I contacted Mr. Faucett and after leaving a voice mail he promptly called me back. We arranged for him to come by my home the following day (1/9/16) and inspect the damage. He said he would arrive sometime after 2/2:30pm and would call earlier in the day to specify when.

He never called, and he never showed up.

A few days later (1/13/16) I called to follow up. He didn't apologize for not showing or calling, he simply said he got hung up on another project. I was willing to give him another shot since he came recommended by someone I trust. He said he wasn't available to come out until the 19th, six days later. He couldn't give me a specific time, but would call the day before, the 18th, to give me a specific time. Since we really needed this work done, I said I would make myself available.

The 18th came and went, and he never reached out. The 19th came and went and he neither called or showed up. Today is February 3rd and I have never heard from him.

I'm flabbergasted at how people can do business like this! I cancelled plans, postponed errands to wait around the house for two separate days and he didn't show. There was never an apology or contact made again. I am glad we found out his lack of commitment before we signed him for a job.
