We started Fat Matt to address roofing needs after a particularly harsh storm. After replacing roofs for a handful of friends and family, we saw that we had the skills to support others in our area. With our bonding and insurance in place, we chose to expand our services to the wider community. Matt values friendliness and fun, as evidenced by his signature hat and bow tie. He is a devoted family man, married to a wonderful wife and a father of four. His passion for community engagement is equally important in both his personal and professional life. He contributes his time to Junior Achievement and holds a board position with Connecting Caring Communities. A graduate of Leadership Abilene Class of 2016, he is involved with the Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Abilene Business Council, and supports several local non-profits.
