it's been months since i paid this company for a roof installation and nothing!!!!! been calling their representative bill. his voice mailbox is not taking messages. unacceptable!!!! do not deal with this company. tried calling their office. same thing, no answer and can't leave messages. don't trust paid referrals. don't trust them period!!!! i would a zero star review if i could!!!!
I want to do a follow-up on my review. The person, Bill, I spoke to was the culprit. His company is AMKO Consulting. He used FastTrack Construction when dealing with my insurance company.
I spoke with FastTrack Construction's owner. He was very professional. He just had a bad employee.

We had a great experience with Bill and Fast Track Construction. I was referred to them by a good friend for a roof replacement. After receiving 3 cash bids for my roof, Bill and Fast Track advised me that State Farm would pay for the roof based on wind damage. After filing the claim, we received approval from State Farm for a full replacement. I was in the process of applying for a loan to obtain the money to fix the roof. To say that I'm satisfied is an understatement. Fast Track walked me through the whole process and today I have a Lifetime roof as a result of their efforts. I have referred multiple friends and family to Fast Track and definitely give them a 5 Star Rating.

Sales Man (or what ever his real title is because calling card he handed me had C J Thomas only on it, which Bill said him and CJ Thomas share the same phone number. However when I call the phone number only Bill Whitmer answers the phone. Bill Whitmer said if I refer him to a neighbor and FFC gets the job/work then he would pay $500.00 to me or any person that does the same. Referred Bill to my next door neighbor and they replaced my neighbors roof, however when I contacted Bill, he said we would work it out later and not to worry. Kept calling him and his voice was usually full and he would not reply to my text or call me. As of today 8/30/21 Bill has not paid me the $500.00 which was verbally promised to me for the work they finished on my neighbors roof 2 weeks ago. Bill should be investigated.

On another note: in May 2021 had Bill inspected my roof with the Insurance Agent representative to determine if the Insurance company will pay the cost of full replacement due to the damaging winds on 02/10/21. Insurance Company stated that they will only pay for replacement of 1 side of the roof and that the other sides only had zipper wind damage. I asked Bill if I should call the insurance company in Hawaii to complain and Bill said to ""WAIT, AND DO NOT POKE THE BEAR"" meaning to not make the insurance agent mad so that for sure I would not get the whole roof replaced and that he (Bill) would call the insurance agency next week to complain and try to get them to replace the entire roof. I waited weeks. Then found out later that the insurance agent in Hawaii resigned, so I had to call the insurance corporate head quarters and after 3 days waiting they assigned me a new insurance agent in July 2021. The new insurance agent is located in Florida and scheduled a re-inspection of my roof early August 2021. Finally contacted Bill by phone and text to let him know of the re-inspection date and to have a Fast Track Construction representative to inspection the the insurance agent's inspector. Bill said FTC representative will be present. On the day of re-inspection of my roof. I notified Bill 2 hours be inspection via Text and no response. Called Bill and he did not picked up the phone and voice mail was full, so I could not leave a message. Then, I hour before insurance agent inspector was to appear I texted Bill again and he did not respond. Then, the insurance agent inspector arrived at my house and I texted Bill and no response and Bill did not have a FTC inspector show at my house. So, the insurance inspector inspected my roof by himself and came-up with the same results as the first insurance inspector. As of today (8/30/21), I am back to where I started as to arguing with the insurance company and replacing my entire roof shingles. The new roofing company that I am hiring had to take multiple pictures of the zipper damage with pull through nails and now I may possibly get my entire roof shingles replaced by the insurance company.

ALSO, when the Fast Track Construction workers were working on my next door neighbors house, they were blasting their music and talking/laughing very loud as if it was a party. Nails and other debris was swept/blown off the roof into my yard. One of workers said they would pick it up, but I refused and told him I would do it due to my dogs may step on a nail(s) and they probably would have not done a thorough job picking up the trash. The day after the workers had finished my neighbors roof, I discovered that the sprinkler located in the front yard, next to my neighbor's wall was stepped on and broken by one of the worker's that was cleaning the trash in my front yard.

DO NOT TRUST FAST TRACK CONSTRUCTION for 100 support and quality work.
