Mike had done excellent work for us a couple of years ago to repair roof leaks around a skylight. He gave us a timeframe for replacing the roof. When we had our house painted and gutters replaced, we decided to go ahead and get the roof replaced at the same time.

Mike's crew came out as soon as the painting was completed and in 3 days the job was done. They tarped the inside of the house to make sure dust and dirt did not cover our furniture. They checked in daily to make sure the tarping worked. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up around the area when they finished the job.

When we ran into a problem with the gutter company we had originally hired, Mike stepped in and got another company to come in quickly and at a better price than we originally were to pay.

The bottom line is their price was fair and reasonable and their work was excellent and efficient.

If I could give 10 stars to Fassio Roofing I would. Where to begin? We have an old house, over 130 years old. We've lived in it for 45 years and during that time we've had a couple of new roofs installed and several ""fixes"" for leaks. It was a mess, including a 1 1/4"" sag in one section. We didn't want to head into this coming winter with a roof we knew was going to leak so I called several companies. No one could schedule us until next March or April... except Mike. He said he'd get a crew out there within two weeks and he did. I can't say enough about his team. They were hardworking, professional and experts at roof repair. They explained things and discussed solutions with us as they uncovered unexpected problems. They ran into every kind of problem imaginable, and not only repaired and fixed them, but the results were stunning. The flashings, the new venting system, the trim they put up to replace rotted wood along the sidings of our gables... all looked far better than what had been there before.

When they first began working and had removed all the layers of our old roof, an unexpected storm hit and we had over 5"" of rain one night... not only did they tightly wrap the exposed roof in plastic, but Carlos gave me his cell number with instructions to call him no matter what time it was if the plastic moved or we had any leaks. When the job was over, our new roof looked fantastic, and the clean-up was immaculate. Mike's pricing is fair, in fact slightly below other bids we received, and the work ethic of his crew was the best.

I highly recommend Fassio Roofing. If you call Mike and don't hear back from him right away, don't worry, you will. He's very quiet and low-key, but an absolute man of his word, honest and fair. Once you get a proposal, he will be there when promised and complete it beyond expectations.

I met Mike in 2015 when I hired him to reroof my house. I was extremely impressed with Carlos and his crew; their work ethic, knowledge, and yes, cleanliness! I smiled through two winters (no leaks) and decided to call him back to reroof a small in-law cottage. Again, clean, efficient, and another beautiful job!
Yesterday, Mike and Carlos came up at the request of my skylight person (he was there because of a ""felt like a hole"" leak ). Long story short, today, Carlos was at my home bright and early, and most probably, repaired a pretty major problem created by someone else!
I was taken care of and I wasn""t charged!!!
Now thats as good as it gets.

Chose Fassio for my new roof, and I am very happy! Mike and his crew, led by Carlos, did a superb job installing a TPO (membrane) roof. They came promptly, carefully protected my property from damage, and worked efficiently and quickly. The true test will be when we have our first major storm, but I feel confident my home will be nice and dry!

I waited to review Fassio until we had a good rain here in Ben Lomond. We had a good rain-of Biblical proportions. Lots of wind and rain. We got a bid which was exactly what we ended up paying, nothing was added on.

Fassio roofing came in, tore off the old roof, made minor repairs over a really wet area we had. They cleaned up after themselves, were respectful of our house and land. Were good with our dog who wanted to play (you are asked to keep your pets in). But really nice people, professional, great quality, we are very happy with our new roof. We could have waited another year or two, but we wanted it done before problems started.

We decided we wanted new gutters. Mike got the subcontractor there and it was done immediately. We are so satisfied with this contractor. We highly recommend Fassio Roofing.

I did NOT hire Fassio Roofing? Why not? Because Mike Fassio answered the phone when I called, came to my house right at the schedule time, climbed on my roof, looked at the situation, and told me I was better off fixing the leak myself. He showed me how, and even gave me two unused tubes of caulk from his truck. Sure, maybe he didn't want a small job, but his integrity impressed me. And so far, the fix is holding.
