Hal Farmer earned the trust of Charles Allen, a long-standing State Farm Agent in Farmers Branch, Texas, back in 1980. To test Hal's skills, Charles requested that he address a long-standing leak at his personal home in Addison. After multiple tries, Hal successfully fixed the problem that no one else could. This marked the beginning of their mentorship.

Charles took the time to share insights on how to communicate with policyholders. “Be straightforward and avoid the common pitfalls of many roofers in the Dallas Metroplex who assume every roof has damage,” was Allen's advice to Hal. With this guidance, Hal and Allen started their professional relationship. In the years that followed, Charles referred Farmer Roofing to numerous clients, all of whom praised their work.

Word quickly spread about Farmer's dedication to his agency. Before long, many local Dallas/Fort Worth agents began to rely on Farmer Roofing for roof inspections related to potential claims.

Hal Farmer, a native of Farmers Branch, Texas, currently calls Dallas home. While studying at the University of North Texas, Hal embarked on his roofing career.

That was back in 1980!

After graduating from UNT, Hal continued to grow his roofing business while raising his son.

He has since transformed his business into the professional contracting firm it is today. With over 35,000 roofs completed in North Texas, Hal and his team at Farmer Roofing are regarded as top professionals in the local construction sector.

For more than ten years, Farmer Roofing has held an A+ rating with the BBB and has been recognized as a Premier Service Provider for State Farm Insurance since 2007.

Today, Farmer Roofing Systems and Restoration stands robust and ready. After relocating their office to Addison in January 2013 to meet growing demand, they are equipped with highly skilled project managers and administrators. This assures that the legacy of Farmer Roofing, which Hal built, continues to flourish!
