Fantastic Roof Cleaning

If you are looking for an honest and good company to clean your roof this is NOT your company. Killed over $400 of my landscape and thought that it wasn't a lot of money. Never resolved the issue and never heard back. So disappointing. If you want the job done right without any headaches, I suggest contacting a more reputable company. Beware!

I hired fantastic roof cleaning 3 months ago to clean my roof. Quoted 225.00. the service men said after arriving that I had 13 cracked tiles they will repair for 10.00 each (130.00). I told them fine, please provide me pics of cracked tiles to be repaired. the smell of bleach was overwhelming! After I paid, I asked for pics of tile repairs. I was promised they would send them. Then I caught them before they left and said I almost slipped on the lanai and was told I needed to hose down the landscaping along with the lanai. They did not cover any of the plants/shrubs and was gone within an hour. It took me 3 hours to hose the plants, shrubbery and lanai after they left. FOR REAL !
after immediately complaining to the owner,, a worker came back a week later to assess the damage done. Promised to come back and fertilize and reimburse me for any new plants I'd buy and come back and replant them. I had 2 6foot high bleeding heart plants on both sides of my garage that were absolutely beautiful. Gone. ! Along with shrubbery that is now almost bare naked. At least 20 texts later, and 1/2 dozen promises that a full refund of the 335.00 is in the mail, I then disputed it with my charge card. needless to say, the cost to try to save and replant and make my property look half as good as it did before they arrived will take years !!!!

They killed a substantial amount of our landscaping and then said they were not responsible for anything that dies once they leave! They used very strong bleach on my roof and gutters and everything around my house died.

Thee absolute worst experience I've had with a contractor. The initial job had spots on my home that were completely missed during the power wash. The lanai was not sealed correctly and looked horrible. They returned twice and were unable to correct the issues with the lanai, after which 5 additional appointments for repair were scheduled with no -show. I had to hire another contractor to remove the failed sealant, then power was and re- seal the lanai. There is still sealant on the screen that is not able to be removed. It's been a huge headache, time consuming and extremely costly. Undoing the damage done by Fantastic Roof ended up costing me more than going with another contractor in the first place.
Horrible experience. Would avoid at all cost.

I used this business to clean my roof and driveways. Soon after the grass and bushes around my house died. I contacted the owner of the company who sent a gardener to check the damages. On the day the gardener was supposed to fix the damage he did not show. When I contacted the gardener I was told the company didn't pay him to repair the damage to my property. Fantastic roof cleaning has since said on 2 more occasions over the next several weeks the gardener is on his way but he never shows. Do not use this company. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Do not use this company's services. HomeAdvisor recommended Fantastic to clean and seal my driveway. Fantastic gave me a quote and when I hired them, they told me if could be as much as 50% more. I told them to keep it at the price quoted. (Why else get a quote?) Not only did they use the wrong sealant (it turned white after 2 days) but they spread in on so sloppy that now there are uneven white streaks all over my driveway. I made several calls to them to remove the sealant and although they promised repeatedly that they would come out, they never did. I'm sure they never intended to. I've complained to HomeAdvisor. I won't use them again and I caution anyone else from using them.

Raul seemed nice. But of course he could not show up on Schedule time or date due to rain. Completely understandable. I had a friend call him and he gave the Friend a price of $250 to do the same size house that I have. I called him same exact house, he gave me a price of $280. I stated to him that that was a little more than I wanted to pay and hung up. He called me back and said he never wants anyone to be unhappy and why did I want to pay and I told him $200 which he agreed to. He reschedules with me and he comes to my house the next day and tells me the price is $300. I explained to him that that was not what he and I agreed to he told me he forgot what we agreed to and then he agreed again to do it for $200. He says he sending me a bill and I have to pay him prior to him doing the work he then gives it five minutes and calls me back and says I didn't pay yet I explained to him that I had not gotten a bill yet and basically called me a liar about Three minutes later I get the bill by that time I really felt he was very shady and I did not want him to do the work on my house. I did not use him I have somebody coming next week and I'm very glad that I did not give my money to somebody that is so wishy-washy can't even remember the pricing he's giving. I really don't have anything nice to say about him except that he does call when he's going to be late or that he does call when he's going to not make it which is a plus that's why he got one star not 0

After a recommended contractor failed to return my calls, I took a shot with FANTASTIC. DeAndre responded to my late night email request for a quote within 10 min. After a short chat, explaining my needs, I was satisfied with the responses. An appointment was made and kept. (on time). I was very impressed with the care and attention of both DeAndre and Ryan. They both went above and beyond to be sure I was 100%
satisfied. You can keep shopping and maybe save 5 or 10 dollars but you won't get better customer service anywhere else. I will recommend
