I called and made an appointment with the office about getting a roof replaced and gutters everything seemed professional and together compared to other businesses. Two gentleman came out and seemed to be more interested in my lot size and what they could add on to the roof replace and gutter install. We actually discussed the roof little compared to skylights and solar. It was definitely weird to say the least but then they said they had to order drawings for the roof so they could quote and never looked in attic or walked on roof. They said the quote would be emailed in a couple days 2-3. The days came and went and I emailed the contact hoping to get the quote maybe my email wasn't correct. I'm then told oh yea they are on vacation they should be back next week or the following week after. Seriously ? I asked if I could just get the quote so I can finalize aware that products would have to be ordered anyways. There is no quote? And they will let them know when they return. I've yet to hear a response which to me is bad business. I did go with a competitor I'm sure they seemed to know the upsell agenda and little roof discussion. Thanks for wasting my time in the future if you don't want the job just say it.

They inspected my roof and said they would have a quote in a couple of days. I week later I called them and could not reach Tom, the boss. Left a message and he did not call back. Tried again two days later, left another message, and he did not call back. To this day, they have not called back. Guess business must be good such that they can just blow off customers.

I have a large commercial building in Lodi on Cherokee Lane . Fame's Roofing did a terrific job putting a silicone roof on. These guys know how to do roofing the way it is suppose to be done so your roof will last and look great. The entire crew starting with the boss, the customer service and the crew were all great to work with. Very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend Fame's roofing. I will have them come back to replace another roof on a small garage soon
