Jaime Herrera hired subcontractors during renovation. Renovations have been ongoing since late March / early April. My livingroom stayed like this until I returned from the CTL relay.

Each time I asked Jaime for updates & statuses I was told I needed to send more money for materials & labor. I paid Jaime over $36,200 & he did not complete the renovations in our home

When I asked him for my money back he said I would not get the full $7200 but a lesser amount and I would recieve monthly payments as he was not able to pay in full.

Jaime gave me a quote to fix roof leaks at my home (among other things) and took a 50% deposit. The work done by the people he sent actually made things worse. He was not there when the work was done and has not been willing to give me back any of my deposit even though he agrees that the work they did was ineffective. I recommend avoiding these guys.

Jaime and his crew are amazing. Had them come and do 2 roof repairs for a couple clients. He was very prompt and did a great job. Prevented leaks and saved them from a very costly roof replacement. Hoghly recommend.
