Tony Falcone of Affordable Roofing was the only roofer to successfully patch a major roof leak during the heavy rain storms a couple of months ago. For this reason, I engaged Tony to do a single storey, partial roof replacement consisting of both shingles and flat roof materials. All work from prep to completion was done in a most efficient manner. Tony even purchased and installed a new skylight for me. I found Tony to be knowledgeable, skillful, professional, honest and dependable...rare qualities in this day and age. I, therefore, recommend Affordable Roofing without hesitation to anyone needing an excellent, no nonsense roofer. In consideration of the extent of the total area replaced
I believe the cost was very fair.
I am very happy to have found Tony Falcone, as he will now be my ""go to"" person for any future Roofing needs.

My property had a water leak after the storm from Jan, I called like 10 roofers and all they wanted to do was replacing my roof, they did not go up my roof to examine or anything. I was very skeptical but being a girl and not knowing much about roofing, I was a little scared. But when I found Tony, he was very thorough, on time and nice. He went up my roof, told me the roof is still pretty new and no need for a replacement. He told me where the leaks came from and fixed everything for a VERY cheap price. And after another storm in LA two days ago, my house is DRY AND NICE. Thankyou so much Tony. I'd definitely call for him when I need anything for my roof!

Tony Falcone was recommended by our previous roofer, James Robertson, after Mr. Robertson retired, so after yet another night of bowls and buckets filled with water (after I unsuccessfully tried to fix - with Henry's Tar - what I thought were a series of leak sources over our kitchen and family room), I called Tony...expecting I might hear back from him in weeks due to the ""atmospheric rivers"" we'd been getting here in Los Angeles. To my surprise, Tony actually answered his phone and told me he'd be out within the hour. He was.

Tony assessed the problem accurately and found issues with the roof I was oblivious to. Then the next morning, he arrived bright and early with his son, and the pair made the necessary repairs in about 3+ hours' time. ""You won't have any more leaks,"" Tony assured me upon leaving, and I thought, ""We will see about that: This is a flat roof with drainage issues.""

Ten days, and over 4"" of rain later, we still have DRY FLOORS, DRY COUNTERS, AND DRY CEILINGS! Even with it pouring rain outside, there's been no sign of leaks in our house for the first time in four years.

Tony is beyond fantastic! After four (4) other roofers failed in their attempts to find and fix my roof leak, Tony came out, well surveyed my roof and then returned the next day to do the repair! And yes, after this past week of extremely hard rain, no leaking whatsoever! I would highly recommend Tony to anyone with a leak issue!

On Monday 10/25 during rain storm, I found a leak in the roof. Called 8+ company, many of these high yelp review companies do not do roof repair works at all. I was referred to Tony, he came within an hour on Tuesday after I called him. On Wednesday morning 10/27, my roof is fix. He even fixed other potential issues on the roof.
I bet these BIG roofing company would not able to give you an estimate in 3 days. I would definitely use Tony again if there is ever a roof problem.
