My house has multiple level roof and i needed one section of 18x18 to be redone. I have gotten multiple quotes and when comparing apple to apple in terms of warranty and paper that to be used, this ended up being the cheapest bid. Between me making a call to let them know i am ready to move on with the project and them being able to start was around 1 1/2 weeks. Which is perfectly acceptable being it's middle of summer and everyone trying to repair/replace their roof during this non rain times. My patio was kept clean at all times. They didn't work on Saturday and Sunday as per city code and not to disturb the neighbors.
I will absolutely recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Called to get an estimate. Young man came and said he did not need to go on the roof or see the attic. Said he could measure from outside. A week and a half later I called and left a message that I had not received the estimate. This is now 3 1/2 weeks and I still have not received it. Don't waste your time with a company that doesn't even have the decency to return phone calls !

Your review helps otI heard that this could be a heavy rain year, so I decided to get ahead of the rush and have the roof done - knowing that it was about time! Falcone's West Valley Roofers came highly recommended and they lived up to that stellar referral. Their pricing is competitive, their suggestion on material is spot on, their workmanship is excellent and their customer service is fantastic! From Debbie in the office to Larry in the field to the two Joses who headed the job - I am happy to be able to give them a glowing review. The job went exactly the way they told me it would and the price never changed. What a concept - promise a job well done, and a company that actually delivered! Another important point: they are licensed and insured, which I know is expensive for contractors, but I would not have a roofer who is not. Too risky. They pulled the permit, filled out all the paperwork, and brought me a copy when they were done with the job. My whole house looks better thanks to Falcone, and I will certainly sleep more soundly this rainy season knowing that my roof was done by wonderful experts who take great pride in their work! Called Larry up last week, he came to my house that very same day. He inspected the roof, told what was wrong and how he can correct the problem of the leaky roof. I have had that same part fixed twice in the past three years and it still leaked. Larry and his crew came to my house yesterday corrected the problem, by replacing the wood on the house and laying new paper along with replacing all the cracked tiles. They did a great job, very clean and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a roof problem. His price was perfect and I am very happy with the results.

We have used Falcone Roofers for YEARS and have ALWAYS been 100% pleased with their expertise, professionalism and friendly service! We have a flat roof and I just had them up to check the seams (just in case it rains this winter!) and they inspected, sealed a spot near a vent pipe....all with a smile and no charge. I'm surprised by the bad review on this company. They did a repair on a roof overhang on my house for me and I could not be happier! The price was extremely fair and the estimate was free. Larry was very nice to work with - always accommodating my schedule. Two men did the work and cleaned up everything - and most importantly, NO LEAKING ROOF anymore. I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, I called Larry after the job to thank him for such professional work. I don't work for this company, I have no personal relation to them whatsoever, I just wanted to share my experience.

The people in this office are sooooo rude!!! They advertise free estimates but once they hear that they are not the only people you are calling they refuse to even come out and give that free estimate that they advertise. So I'm guessing that their prices are much higher than the rest since they refused to compete against another's price. Horrible customer service with an even worse attitude. She told me that ""they would just be wasting their time if I'm getting that many estimates, since the estimate is free."" In this state false advertisement is crime. I wouldn't give them my money if my house was caving in!!!
