Worst customer service. Zero contact once contract was signed. Multiple no call, no shows for installation. We gave them mchances to correct issues. The list of issues with this company is too long to list. Steer clear.

I had damage on my very old roof from hail. I called my insurance company and the inspector came out and said there was nothing wrong with my roof. At least nothing due to hail damage. So I accepted this fact and didn't think about it again.
Several, several months passed and Rich Lopez with Falcon Roofing, brought to my attention that they were working in my neighborhood and had replaced several roofs due to hail damage. Rich discussed with me the many obvious signs of hail damage I had. I was convinced I needed to get my roof, re-inspected by my insurance company and he promised to be on the roof along side the insurance inspector to point out the obvious hail damage. Rich explained they had a large network of working relationships with many insurance companies (including mine), and they proved to be well versed in the insurance companies, internal workings and processes.
The only thing I had to do was call my insurance company and request another inspection. From that point on, all I did was pay my deductible and then collect the check from my insurance company for payment of my brand new roof.
All coordination and communication with my insurance company was done through one point of contact with Falcon Roofing, Rich Lopez. It was the most hassle free experience I've had since owning a home. Falcon Roofing does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it.
I was even given an upgraded shingle for displaying their sign in my front yard! Huge Bonus!!! I absolutely recommend Falcon Roofing to anyone needing a beautiful new roof!

Great experience from beginning to end. Sonny did a great job explaining our options and working with insurance to get the replacement covered, and following up to make sure the job was done to our liking.

The installation crew did a great job -- installation went quick, cleanup was thorough, and the roof looks excellent.

Was contacted by Richard who is a rep for this company. He was super friendly and courteous, he went to work. I was initially denied a roofing claim by insurance. Richard got on the roof, found all the hail damage which he documented. When I called the insurance company to return and look at the damage he documented, Richard showed up the day the adjuster came. Richard worked with them and they ended up paying for the whole roof! About one week later, we had a new roof with upgraded materials. We have a large slanted roof and they finished in under 2 days! Throughout the whole process Richard was right there with us, either in person or by phone. The roof looks good, they did it with the amount the insurance paid, met all timelines and cleaned up well!

Falcon roofing was great! I had some hail damage in a recent storm and they were among many roofers I talked with. They were the only roofing company not trying to up sale on unnecessary repairs and adds. They gave me a reasonable quote and worked with my insurance company. My roof is perfect and they made sure to clean up every single little nail so my kids won't step them while playing outside.I would highly recommend.
