This would be ONE STAR if it wasn't for a fast response from polite technicians. Please see the poor reviews for Falcon Roofing near Mountain View, CA to see what I experienced. They charged us a $500 ""emergency fee"" to inspect a roof leak, they wanted $1,000 to put a tarp on the roof, and their proposal was another $2,790 above that to fix the leak. All fees seem extremely exorbitant compared to a similar repair we had done last year totaling less than $1,000.

Falcon did a great job for us. While many other roofing companies did not return calls or were to busy to come out and even look at my issue, Falcon came out the next day and started work within one week.

Chris our technician is awesome. Polite, professional and prompt. Chris did everything he promised to do. First class job done on time, with top quality work and for a great price.

Falcon Roofing has done work on my leaking roof over the span of three years and each time he comes in to do the work he always fixed the problem. Mario, the owner personally goes up the roof to check the problem to make sure that the work is done properly. He also warranties his work. I had problems with another roofing company and Mario fixed the bad repair done by the other company.
It's so hard to find an honest roofer nowadays.
I strongly recommend him and give him 10 Stars.

Met AJ and the owner of Falcon Roofing at a Home Show. We talked about whether a new roof or repair of the existing roof was needed. A couple days later, AJ came out to assess the roof and took lots of pictures (glad I didn't have to climb up there to see for myself) of broken and missing tiles, as well as places where wind and weather had exposed decking and flashing.

His diagnosis was that a new roof wasn't needed and, that with some needed repair, the existing concrete tile roof would keep working for years. They made a really fair estimate of the repairs. I was impressed that they were super ethical and didn't recommend a new roof.

Their workers were out several days later. (We didn't have a leak problem & with the drought....) they took a couple of long days to finish the project of replacing dry rot decking, replace degraded flashing around chimney and pipe jacks, installing a solar attic fan and replacing about fifty cracked tiles.

I would highly recommend Falcon Roofing for repairs and if we ever needed to replace a roof, for a new roof as well.

I called Falcon Roofing and they sent AJ out the next day. I had a leak that I have been very frustrated with and spent lots of money. He listened to everything I needed and I wanted the leak fixed for good. He was very thorough and found the area wear the leak was. Completely different area than the other companies had said was the problem. He came back out a couple days later and completed the repair. A couple weeks later we had some rain finally, but there was no leak...Found my new roofing company!
