My roof always leaked during windy storms, but nobody wanted to come fix it, until I contacted Falcon Roofing. The reason nobody wanted to fix it is because it is a metal roof, and the leaf guard over the gutters is screwed down. The original contractor retired. Metal roofs are apparently hard to repair. After contacting at least seven other companies who all declined, I found Falcon Roofing. They agreed to look, found the problem in fifteen minutes, and suggested custom repair. I agreed, and the pricing was very reasonable. They came out again in two weeks with the custom saddle, installed it. After that, no more leaks, despite the wind and rain. I am very grateful to Mario for how he explained the problem, with pictures, and how he could fix it. Next time I have a roofing problem, I'll be smarter and call Falcon first. Falcon Roofing also did a very careful job cleaning the gutters, painstakingly unscrewing, cleaning, and rescrewing every section of leafguard. Highly recommended company.

I had a few issues with my 7.5 year old TPO flat roof ranging from previous leaks in a few pipe jacks to a puncture to a few open seams to a few areas with sloping challenges. Sounds like a nightmare huh?

Well I called a couple of roofing contractors: a few did not call back; some do not handle flat roof (TPO systems); two provided astronomical quotes; one said reroofing is the only way to go because not worth the repair; and another was comparable.

What set Falcon Roofing apart from the ones I interviewed is not only have they gone through certification processes but their great family oriented customer experience and reasonable pricing. Jacob worked with me to draw up several creative solutions. Chris provided some of his two cents. Brandon and Hector were very efficient in completing the job in two days. Finally Melissa handled my billing.

Christopher came to my house and fixed my leaking skylight and installed a brand new one and let me tell ya he did a wonderful job the workers were always on time and were super respectful and friendly I highly recommended this company and they are family owned I respect that!

1 star because I had to. They did our roofing. Told us it would be 4-6 weeks but took 5 months. Found tons of nails on our yard and backyard. Got a nail in my tire and got a few scratches on my car as well from the workers. Found empty bottles of the workers drinks in our pool too. I would not recommend them. They would come over whatever time they wanted, never a set time.
