After agreeing to a 10/31 meet at house to give an estimate, business informed me via email they had to change date to 11/1. On 11/1, I waited 30 min and nobody showed up. No phone call. No email. No yelp communication. No response. Uncool, unprofessional. The person I been in contact with is Katia Arroyo.

This company deserves a 5 star. Great customer service and committed to complete the work as required. They came to my house during the recent storms and were able to perform an emergency repair. They have now fixed the issue and have sent out pictures of all the repairs and provided and explanation of how to issue was fixed.
Gustavo and Chris are very knowledgeable technicians and are always ready to answer any questions regarding the roofing. I am quite impressed with their commitment and the level of service. Highly recommend it for future roofing projects.

After my service was completed a few weeks ago I received some photos as proof that everything was done accordingly. I noticed one of the main problematic areas identified during quote was not included in the photo set. For that reason I asked the company that, before processing payment, I would like to see photos of all areas that were identified when I was quoted, which they agreed to, and said they would send a person on the next day to take care of it. Not only that didn't happen, but I had to request and remind five times and two different people (Mario and Beatrice) before I got the photos. After much insistence from my end they finally did it (a little over two weeks from my initial request). After all this delay, Mario calls me 24-48 hours after sending the photos (while I'm in the middle of a trip to Asia) with a defying tone saying that they sent the photos and would put a lien on my house if I didn't pay immediately. Here's the problem: Why would you approach your customer with a very negative, defying tone like that, as if I'm a bad person and am avoiding to pay you, which is very far from the case? My intentions were very clear as I was actually seeking them all the time, sending many notes to request the final photos, precisely because I wanted to get this paid and closed out. This was an extreme show of lack of empathy - as if I'm welshing our agreement when that's far from the case. Treating customers as if they are bad people is terrible customer service. No matter how good or bad the actual service was, I'm very disappointed and will not do business with them again, nor recommend to anyone.

After we had our gutters services, the gutter guy notices cracked tiles and other repairs. It has been over 20 years and we figure it was time to do maintenance and cleaning. I called three different and end up choosing Chris R from Falcon Roofing. I mention the other two quotes and Chris was able to match it. I also like the 5yr warranty which the other places had less than 2 yrs.
They were able to put me on schedule within 2 weeks. They spent 2 days removing tiles and cleaning debris, repairing or replacing cracked tiles, and other maintenance. I got before and after pictures and also had a chance to go up to my roof and inspect.
I would recommend Falcon and felt that they were on top of things.
