My experience is different than others.

They missed a spot they promised to fix. I realized that after I paid them. I have made phone call twice & spoke to a staff, also wrote mail to them. They never return to me. This is not the service I think everyone expects.

They did a great job once again with cleaning my gutters. Leaf blower on the roof is the way to go. No leaning of ladders against my copper gutters denting them like the first guys that came by 2 years ago. Very professional honest and overall great guys. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I had leaking gutters, a leaking skylight, and a 20 year old metal roof that needed some recaulking. They have been out multiple times to fix the gutter and skylight leaks and have yet to correct either. I went up on the roof to look at things myself. I found freshly applied sealant that was already peeling off and that had been tracked all around the roof, making a cosmetic mess. Also the first rain after they cleaned my gutters they were overflowing. I have given up and hired another roofer.

I can not say enough good things about Falcon Roofing. I was really worried because I had not idea on how to pick a good trust worthy roofing company. There were so many roofing companies on Yelp.

I finally called a couple of companies and got estimates but I just didn't get a good feeling after talking with the person that came out to my house.

I then talked to a friend who recommended Falcon Roofing. Mario the owner came out and was very professional and gave me several options. There was no high pressure sales approach.

I have been in sales for over 20 years and could see he was an honest trustworthy business man of his word. He did a complete tear off of my old roof and installed a new roof. He did exactly what he promised and even went above and beyond what he promised. He takes pride in his work. His crew cleaned up after themselves and were completely professional.

I highly recommend Falcon Roofing.

Falcon roofing did the roofing for our flat roof in Santa Clara. They did a great quality job at a reasonable price. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend them to others.

Had good friend with roof leak (it was a big one!) not really known as the winter had so little rain.... but he called Falcon at 2am & sure enough like on their website they have someone available 24/7.

They came out stopped the leak in the middle of the night & later the next day fixed it for good.

Prices seemed fair... I give them a big 5 stars for their quick action and friendly attitudes in the middle of the night!!

I met with Ricardo Bocanegra with Falcon Roofing today to discuss re-roofing options. Ricardo showed me 3 different options, a bare bones option, a middle grate option, and top of the line solution. I really appreciate his approach, and didn't feel any pressure to make a decision one way or the other. Ricardo got back to me in a couple days with pricing for all 3 options. I look forward to working with them. All in all, Falcon scores very high on my list in terms of customer service, actually listening to the client before offering solutions. Thanks!!

horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. not sure about the actual roof job yet.

The initial meeting and bid review for some roof work was great, and I rec'd a courteous and what seemed like a thorough proposal.

Turns out, after paying 10% in advance, the follow up was absolutely terrible!
The roof job was never properly scheduled (by calling me in advance to schedule it) and was postponed several times. It was finally completed without the courtesy of calling to schedule, and my tenant told me about the roofers after the fact.

Then there was never a call to review the work done, nor an invoice of any kind.

Suddenly sometime later, I get a call from the original guy, saying he would place a lien on my house for non-payment!

Clearly he had my phone number, address, credit card # from original 10% etc etc but never a call nor courtesy note to review the work done or to bill for services!!!!

I am very happy with Falcon Roofing. Beatrice and Miguel at the shop are friendly and helpful. Ricardo, the job foreman, was very pleasant to deal with as well. Ricardo did an inspection with pictures of my mobile home roof and it was great (altho scary) to see the terrible condition of it. He also did some temporary patching to ""hold me"" through a rain storm that was fast approaching. Unfortunately the roof was so bad that was ineffective but I still appreciated that he tried. The job took a little longer than I anticipated but they were very tidy and thorough. As another reviewer said I'll have to wait for a good rain for the ""acid test"" but I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work on their mobile home.

So after I wrote my initial review. Mr. Renteria called me back to apologize for the error in miscommunication. He was genuinely sorry and detailed how important customer satisfaction was to his company. I was impressed with his call - I could tell my business was very important to him. He even offered a free gutter cleaning to make up for the lack of response. I don't think many companies would go to such lengths just to keep one customer happy but it's great to see that they recognize the importance of reputation in the community. Businesses - big and small make mistakes all the time, but how you resolve those issues is what separates the good from the bad. For those reasons, I am happy to change my recommendation!
