Falcon Point came out for a gutter problem that turned out to be a problem with the flashing and roof on that corner. They repaired it quickly and for a very reasonable price. That leaking gutter had been serviced and ""fixed"" by two other gutter companies prior to me calling Falcon Point, but the fixes never actually stopped the problem. Bill's company diagnosed the actual problem and fixed the roof flashing and gutter within 3 days... for less than my last gutter repair. I'd highly recommended them!

My review and experience on getting my roof replaced with falcon roofing has been a great experience especially with Andre's the project manager overseeing the roof installation and process. Andres has provided exceptional customer service and was informative and transparent of the installation process of my new roof and always there to answer any questions I had on my roof replacement. I been impressed with the professional service I have received from Falcon roofing and Andres. The workmanship on the installation of my roof was top quality work and value. The process from the beginning to the end was a great experience. I definitely would recommend and will use falcon roofing in the future.

I contracted Falcon point Roofing to come to my home for a roof/hail inspection.
They seemed very enthusiastic and I chose them because they told me they would be there to walk me through the insurance tangles that I might face.
Sure enough, roof damage. I proceeded to call my insurance company and await for an adjuster to contact me. They did. I arranged for Falcon point to be there to speak to the adjuster and present his assessment.
After multiple phone calls, they were a no show. I finally got through and was assured by the manager that he himself would come back out and make necessary arrangements to see it through. He was also a no show. Received a text a few days later stating someone was coming out in a day or so for follow up. Guess what ? NO SHOW.
Since then my claim has been denied. I would heavily consider using this company. They are not what they seem.
