Recommended Customer Reviews

Falcon exteriors responded professionally from the beginning to end. In a climate where it's hard to get contractors to respond with quotes and get quality work done, it's good to know there are companies out there that still take pride in their work. Thanks Brad!

Poor communication and poor craftmanship. Owner threatened a lien lawsuit to get out of finishing the work. Now, looking for someone to finish the job.

I hired Falcon Exteriors, Inc., in Peachtree City for three projects to repair water damage. 1: Roofing and leak repairs, 2: Stop water from getting into my basement, repair rotted siding and fix the original flashing problem that was causing the leak. 3: Gutter replacement upgrade from 4"" to new 6"" gutters. The 4"" gutters were inadequate for the size of the house, they couldn't handle the water flow which caused the roof to leak and rotted the wood.
They did a good job on the roof repairs but we had problems with the basement leak repair. They installed a metal flashing on top of the deck, that was unsightly and dangerous and did nothing to the original flashing. I was concerned that the sharp edges could slice your foot if barefooted. They came back out and smoothed the edges and I voiced my concerns about not replacing the original flashing that was the cause of the problem to begin with. I was told what they did would solve the problem with water getting into the basement.
The first heavy rain we had the basement leaked. I called them back out to fix it and asked them to replace the original flashing like I thought they were supposed to do the first time. They removed the old flashing and replaced it under the deck the correct way and removed the flashing they had put on top of the deck. They left exposed flashing on top of the deck where two parts of the deck are joined. I had the same concerns about it not being safe and asked them to put a piece of wooden threshold board over it. They put a very thick threshold over it instead of a using a thin one. It looks very unprofessional. One deck board has sunken down, not even attached to attached to the header board as are several others.
The section of gutter that is over the deck where the water damage occurred to the basement overflows with water. It only has one downspout and should have two to properly handle the water flow. You would think that a company installing gutters would calculate the number of downspouts needed based on the roof line and different angles to handle the water flow. I contacted Brett the company representative that handled the project about this concern on October 1st and asked if they could add another downspout. He said he would get with Brad his supervisor and get back with me. It is now November 21st and I have not heard from Brad. I have contacted Brett several times now and he says Brad will call me. I have yet to hear back from Brad.
If I hire another company to add a downspout it would probably terminate my warranty with Falcon Exteriors and it appears that that have no intention of honouring their warranty or backing up their work. This company lacks in communication and customer service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I was having issues with leaks at my home. Mostly the roof and the chimney. They quoted me a price after looking at my roof, but I also inquired about my chimney cap. Once it was decided that the chimney cap would be replaced, seems like they just forgot about the rest of the roof. They then claimed they didn't see any leaks and all was well. When we got a good rain and I confirmed that the roof was still leaking, I called to schedule another appointment and waited a few days for someone to get back to me to give me the day they could come. That was a month ago and they never showed up or called. Another side note, when they came the first time, I had leftover shingles and flashing in my garage that were fairly new, and told them they were welcome to use those materials on my roof. Well, they never did anything to my roof but they took ALL of the shingles and flashing that were in my garage. So they basically stole free materials from my home in addition to not fixing my roof.

I would never recommend this company to anybody horrible communication skills throughout the company the owner truly does not care about the work he's doing on your home or about his workers I would never want to company like that to do anything for me

I called to have gutter guards installed and provided measurements from another contractor who had given me a bid. The measurements were wrong I asked Brad and Kyle to come measure I would be home for them whenever they needed to. His installer showed up installed them on the back and then Kyle showed up told me he measurements were short he would re measure get with Brad and come back to finish the job. I also had to pay a trip charge on top of the install and material fee. I spoke with Kyle the following day and was told I'd have to pay another trip Even though the extra material and labor brought the total above what the minimum was for the trip charge. Brad called me and accused me of everything it was all my fault and even though I suggested they come measure they didn't. I accepted I provided measurements but I didn't accept that I was offering you more money and you were so rude to a customer that I was shocked and the people that referred me to falcon couldn't believe it at first that Brad was so rude. The problem was that Brad trusted his brother Kyle who had no clue what he was doing as a sales representative for his company. I also told Brad about how his installer had laid his ladder on my new brown gutters and scratched them in multiple areas. He told me they would come back and repair them and they never did. That is why I finally decided to write this review and I needed up finding another more professional company to come finish the job that Brad lost out on. For a business owner to treat customers this way is unacceptable and to blame the customer when your brother, a new employee doesn't bother to come measure or come back and finish the job. F++++++++ Brad and Kyle.

Falcon came out to diagnose a roof leak problem. Arrived on time, very professional, had some great thoughts about what the problem might be. I also wanted some new gutters. They left, said they'd be back in touch with a quote. Never heard from them. Maybe my job was too small. Just seemed weird and a bit unprofessional to leave a potential customer hanging.

Falcon Exteriors recently replaced my roof after a tree fell across the house, breaking through a ridge. They were professionals every step of the way. The owner, Brad, made an appointment with me within just a day of my call. He was here on time, he was knowledgeable about the work that would be needed to rebuild the ridge and the best shingles for my type of home, he gave me reasonable timeframes that his crew could complete the job (and even finished a day earlier than promised) and communicated with me every step of the way. I interviewed a lot of roofing contractors for my repair and Falcon Exteriors was, by far, the most thorough with their estimate and the most considerate of my time. Their crew worked really hard to complete my job, working from early until late to meet my expectations. I highly recommend Falcon Exteriors for roofing and gutters. They know what old fashioned customer service involves and they go to every length to make sure their work meets and exceeds the customer's expectations.

We were fed up with our unresponsive insurance agent, and found a new one. She's great, but my husband said he still wanted to find a roofer who could handle all the necessary phone calls and paperwork themselves, and not coming running to us for everything. DONE. Both Brandon and Brad of Falcon Exteriors were terrific, and we got a new roof, gutters, drip edge and vents put on our 100-year old house in record time! They recommended an energy efficient product, managed to get us a free upgrade to superior quality, and we could tell the difference in the temperature upstairs TODAY, the same day they finished the roof! The whole crew was orderly, professional, courteous, and FAST. They were able to tailor the cost of the roof replacement, including extensive necessary repairs for critter infestation, to the price our insurance company was willing to cover, and so we were able to get gutters and LeafGuards installed as well. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS.
If you meet Brandon, ask him about our initial, HILARIOUS text exchange!

Exceptional guys. We needed our roof replaced after an inspection while selling our home. Our shingles were part of a class action lawsuit and were known to be defective. Brad and Brandon explained that we could probably get it covered by insurance if we could also find wind damage. They came out to our house twice to meet the insurance claims guys to show them the damage. Looks like we will get reimbursed but we had the do the work anyway so as not to delay the sale of our home. They fit us in within a week and were so great to work with. It's a mess when you get your roof redone but every single scrap is gone. I would highly recommend them if you need roof work. It sucks to spend money on something as unsexy as a new roof. But if you find a wonderful company to do it for you, it actually makes it a great experience!
