Andrew arrived on time. Very professional and polite, fixed my vent cap, helped me to check all the vent pipe, did extra work on my roof, very honest. I will definitely recommend his company.

I was able to schedule a appointment with Fajardo for the morning for my roof because my roof life is out of existence cause 33 years did a number to it honestly. We set up a time and day which was yesterday in the morning from 9am to 11am time range. They texted me that him or his business partner will text me before going on my roof and they never did. I had no confirmation text, no text stating that they'll be at my property. There's no communication at all. I texted again around 1:49pm asking how the roof was, they read my message at 1.53pm and haven't said or text me anything at all. That's very unprofessional especially that there's going to be a heavy rain storm next week. I will never do business with them.
