Wanted my roof checked out, due to some tiles flying off, during winds. Fajardo Roofing was great. Responded quickly by coming over for estimate and I accepted their price. Was on time for job and finished the work in the time frame that was given. Came across this small company which at first I was a bit hesitant, after living in our home for over 20 years I definitely needed work done. After searching and bidding with a few different companies for a couple of weeks of going back and forward with contractors leaving messages and all just to come give an estimate Fajardo roofing was the best with their quick response and very straight forward with their bidding. The contractor went over everything very detailed, and reasonable pricing! He seemed like a pretty cool dude looked like he knew exactly what he was doing. All of their staff was very nice, well organized, and professional, from beginning to end! They did an amazing job my family and I are very satisfied with their work Im so glad I made that call!!!

Andrew and his team are remarkable. It was time to get my roof redone and the team found bad repairs and questionable patch work that was done over the years. Knowing that I had a couple leaks and other damage already. I thought it would be more cost effective to get the whole house done. They were on time and very good about cleaning up each day before they left. Now, I have a sound roof done right with ventilation and other improvements. Im very happy with the work and my house finally feels like a home again! Roofs dont come cheap, but I am a big believer in not cutting corners and doing things right no matter the cost. For such a major investment, you want someone honest and good at what they do. I dont have any concern about the value of the work. Definitely recommend this team to anyone looking to get there roof done.

During these crazy times, your lucky to even get a contractor to call you back. Even harder to have them show up to bid the project. Fajardo Roofing did both right away! We were doing a 720 square feet addition on the rear of our home. Andrew (Owner) gave me a fair bid, and pointed out upgraded materials that no other roofing company was even mentioning. Andrew and his crew did a phenomenal job, and kept asking if i was happy with the job as it progressed, would definitely use this company again. Highly Recommend!

My experience with Andrew, his business partner eddie and his whole crew were exceptional! My old roof was a 1976 wood shake with a layer of shingles ontop, so the job scope included all new plywood decking which certainly made the job more expensive, but Fajardo Roofing had very good pricing and the job was completed with no surprises or markups.

I selected GAF Timberline HDZ RS reflector series shingles that reflects the heat and keeps our house cooler! I also requested O'Hagain Vents and OSB Radiant Barrier plywood to help with the attic heat!

All said, I am very pleased with the work done by Fajardo Roofing!
